I bought this case to protect my iPad from scratches and wear from regular use and transport. It does exactly that!It's no Otterbox, and that's kinda the point.The hard plastic securely covers the entire back AND all the corners. The camera cutout is ever so slightly raised above the camera level itself so if it's lying on a flat surface, the camera glass is not touching the surface.The front cover flap stays in place magnetically, but only on the front.Pros:- Lightweight- Full back and corners coverage- Protects if accidentally bump it into things or harshly setting it down in haste- Front cover flap doubles as 2 types of standsCons:- Not an Otterbox. A drop won't protect your iPad from any shock- Front cover flap folds all the way back, nice and flat, but it does NOT stick or magnet to the back. If you're holding it at the spine, the opposite side flops down. See image.

It's no Otterbox, and that's kinda the point.

The hard plastic securely covers the entire back AND all the corners. The camera cutout is ever so slightly raised above the camera level itself so if it's lying on a flat surface, the camera glass is not touching the surface.

The front cover flap stays in place magnetically, but only on the front.

Pros:
- Lightweight
- Full back and corners coverage
- Protects if accidentally bump it into things or harshly setting it down in haste
- Front cover flap doubles as 2 types of stands

Cons:
- Not an Otterbox. A drop won't protect your iPad from any shock
- Front cover flap folds all the way back, nice and flat, but it does NOT stick or magnet to the back. If you're holding it at the spine, the opposite side flops down. See image.
