Okay, so it came out great. The can says 3 servings and there is definitely plenty for 3. The picture of the bowl shows what was left after I took up a plate.I took as close a picture of my plate to show texture.I don't have any experience in "low carb" cooking. And the reviews on here are a mixed bag of "Eh" to "Ah, hell no!"But maybe they had stricter dietary needs or cooked them like pastaHere is what I did:I made up a mushroom gravy with almond flour as thickener.I made smothered pork chops, and when they were done I poured excess gravy/broth over the rinsed palmini and put them in the microwave to heat up and soak up the goodness.Highly recommend giving them time to soak in. When I first opened and rinsed the palmini I taste tested one to see where we stood and they were bland and unobtrusive. At the time I purchased this can, it was almost $5, which seems pretty good for 3 servings of "fancy hippie noodles".Bomb! 100% will be buying again soon.

4.0 out of 5 stars Lectin free pasta.
Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2018
I have been looking for a pasta substitute (lectin free diet). I am not a huge fan of shirataki noodles. My local stores don’t carry almond based pasta. I made a nice red pasta sauce (strained tomatoes, organic mushrooms & spices, TJ grass fed beef). Rinsed the noodles and added to my sauce. I did not boil the noodles, only warmed them up in the sauce. It was quite good and the sauce was strong enough to “diminish” the taste of hearts of palm. Cost high but I will buy the six pack now. I am going to experiment with a spiralizer and try broccoli, etc. I don’t eat pasta often, but this definitely satisfied my desire. I will probably have more often now. I tried with both white sauce and oil/butter with pesto. By the way Trader Joe’s has a great recipe for pesto on back of Arugula - pine nuts the best. The noodles tasted strongly like hearts of palm. I didn’t rinse the noodles, so I will try again. Maybe need to make flavoring stronger. The back of the can recommends soaking in your choice of milk for 45 minutes, then rinse again - something else to try. The red sauce was very acceptable. One can made 2 servings. I heard about this on the website lectinfreemama.com. I highly recommend this site.

Love this product but all 3 cans arrived with dents of varying degrees. Shipping box showed no sign of damage so I am leaning toward product was in this condition when packed. I would expect to find on a clearance rack. NO RETURNS ALLOWED BUT AMAZON GAVE CREDIT.😊
