This essential oil is great, pure, undiluted, a light note fragrance. Great for diffusion in aromatherapy humidifiers. This oil is great for relaxation. I first add a drop of coconut oil,almond or light olive oil to protect my skin because it's sensitive and the oil is pure,then add the essential oil just a few drops in my hands, rub them together and cup my hands around my nose, take five deep breaths in through my nose and out slowly and instantly I am relaxed and feeling stress-free. Please note for your safety that you should not ingest ANY essential oil because it does not dilute in water. Any aromatherapist with your best interest at heart and not dollar sign's in there eyes would🤑 say the same. These essential oils are Grade A. They work great by using the cupping method. Do not be misled by people or companies saying they have so and so benefit when you ingest them. MANY essential oils are toxic or can cause internal injury when swallowed. (Yes even lemon) Many drinks infused with flavors use such a miniscule amount to flavor these beverages so a drop of essential oil could never be properly mixed per part.( also consider one drop of oil from one company's bottle of oil varies with another depending on the size of the hole the oil comes out of.) That is one reason why it isn't safe to ingest them because one drop of one bottle can be a double drop in amount compared to the other. Have fun with essential oils as they have great benefits but keep in mind they are powerful so please smell wisely.

I purchased this Roman Chamomile oil primarily to use for skin care. I make my own healing blend of essential oils to mix with shea butter or jojoba oil for healing small wounds or cuts. For a .5 ounce dropper bottle, I only need 3 drops of Roman Chamomile along with 2 drops tea tree and 1 drop helichrysum, then fill the rest of the way with jojoba. I tend to get lots of small cuts and cracks in my hands, and this definitely speeds healing time by at least half. It also helps relieve minor pain of small cuts and cracked skin. It's definitely worth the price - i bought mine over 18 months ago and still have half of the bottle. I love the smell; it's sweet and herbaceous, very soothing. When I apply it at work, people always ask me what perfume I'm using. :) I highly recommend this product and the Plant Therapy company.

I add 2 drops to his bath water each night for our bedtime routine and he's been able to calm down and know that sleep is soon to follow!! As he's gotten older I've been able to mix some with a carrier oil and rub it on his feet and his fussiness tends to end. Roman Chamomille is so dreamy! I diffuse it at night to go to sleep and in 10 minutes I'm woosey and can't fight off staying awake anymore. It is powerful so you do not need a lot of drops for this one. Even in a large basin diffuser. I usually put about 2 to 3 drops. I've noticed that I get a deeper sleep and feel like I got a real "good sleep" when I wake up in the morning after I have diffused this. I'm very happy that I have brought this and gave it a try. It will be added to my many (brought with my own money) Plant Therapy essential oils.

1.packaging - this product came very well packaged with minimal waste in a small polyurethane envolope wrapped in bubble wrap.

It has healed wounds, scrapes and bruises, and most importantly, in a diluted mix with lavender has completely healed my dog's dermatitis and hot spots. I recommend.

Update: This is now my third order of this oil from this company. I see some refer to it's "chemical" scent - this has a pure herbal scent of chamomile flower. It is heaven sent. I have been purchasing, diluting it and sending it to my mother, who uses it for her pet's minor abrasions as well. Do not think lower price means less quality - this is not the case. Works wonderful.
