The Positive and Negative
These Paws Booties has helped my little Chiweenie enjoy the snowy/icey/negative degrees outside. Prior to she will not last more than 3 minutes. She will shiver and whine to go back home. Positive note: she learns fast to walk and run in them. She last long outside and enjoys prancing around. Negative note: takes alittle long to put on all 4s (with her being still). The only rubber part is the bottom. The upper is clothe knit material so it gets really wet if your dog decides to full swing into deep snow. The booties socks does slides down as she continues to walk in them, causing her paws to be on the knit part and not the rubber part. It does comes with Velcro to strap, but not enough to keep it on. Overall I will still buy this product again. I recommend you get 2 sets as I mentioned it will get soak and you need to lay it flay to dry. Not enough time for the next potty outing.

Easy to use! Straps keep socks secure while dog walking on concrete, with minimal sliding since front area (waterproof tip) is generally more round than my dogs paw. We use for both our 7.5lbs & 16lbs dogs, with both fitting into the Size SMALL. The 7.5lb has more room and the sock pulls higher (see photo), but the velcro straps can tighten around his little ankles very well. The 16lbs dog has longer paws, but generally fits fine. He has tripped twice outside, but he seems use to it and walks without a fuss. It does take time to get them on, but it's worth it. Also, easy to clean with wipes or paper towel (we use hydrogen peroxide spray). At the end of week, we soak in soap/rinse and toss it is the washing machine, then air dry.
