I love this couch. The color is bone and it was very easy to assemble. I have a small apartment in the city so it works for now. On the comfy scale, this is not a couch for getting snuggly and watching movies or having kids jump on it. It is very sturdy and firm. When I move into my house this couch will go in my office. That's the best place for it but not for everyday use. It is meant for small spaces. If you have a small city apartment it is the perfect size. The color is gorgeous. It is very chic and stylish and does not look like a Futon at all. I have mine against the wall so no one can see the back. I will be adding pillows to make it more cozy.

It looks amazing, BUT it came damaged and blemished in so many places. Not happy about that, but I bought them and now it's sitting pretty. It's not bright white but still looks great. I rated it a 3 for obvious reasons.

Convertible futon-style sofa, bone-white leather is classy and durable, especially for the lower-end of the price range. Easy to put together by myself. The legs, arms and hardware came zipped into the under-seat lining, could easily be used as a "secret" hiding place for lightweight valuables since few would expect this feature. Very nice, if somewhat firm for sitting or sleeping, easy to change from upright to fully reclined positions. The arms can be easily removed for taller sleepers, but probably would not be comfortable for anyone over 5'10". Extra padding would be needed on the portion that is the back of the couch to make it even (about a 1/2" difference, enough for me to feel as I rolled to that side).I have a very small living room and was concerned that it would take up too much room, fits in nicely in size and color, appears to be higher quality that it is. The only negatives are minor; the back is a little wobbly, might not be appropriate with smaller children or clumsy adults, but makes it easy to change from upright to reclined. Very little padding on the arms and the lining is very cheap, lightweight, black non-woven material (I plan on replacing with lighter-colored and better quality material, especially since the back is exposed to the room). One of the screws holding the arm bracket was screwed in incorrectly, but does not show and does not hamper the installation or removal of that arm. Overall, I recommend for anyone looking for a multi-purpose couch for a smaller space, as long as you understand this is a fairly inexpensive piece of furniture.

The couch does look great but unfortunately it is very UNCOMFORTABLE. It is so uncomfortable that after 30 minutes sitting on it you can't feel your behind anymore. It was also delivered DAMAGED, when I contacted the seller..they apparently decided to ignore me, since I have not heard back from them at all. I regret spending so much money on such a bad quality purchase. I guess this happens every now and then..

Quality was not good. I would give more stars based on how the customer service experience, but the item itself was in rough shape. One leg looked broken & repaired. There were tears on the fabric, but not do to shipping damage. The couch looks pretty & I definately did not buy it to feature in a living space, it's an extra sleeping option in a spare room, so I didn't expect high quality.
When I contacted customer service on the damage, they did try & work with me. One option offered was to pack it up & ship it back in the original box, but what a hassle. They worked with me in a price adjustment, which I appreciated. I'll be keeping & hoping it holds together for the purpose it was purchased for.
