Great product! We use this on Macks, Cummings, Allison Transmission, etc. Great diagnostics tools. Before buying check with your software provided and make sure it's compatable. We bought this because we broke our other unit plugging and unplugging the USB cord from the Nexiq unit. Advice ***keep the USB cord attached to the unit as much as you can.***
My guys would unplug and then replug push the cord hard into the unit causing the plug male adapter end of the unit to break.

When I connected to a Cummins QSM11 engine, using Insite 7.5, I can only connect once. Then, when I disconnect, I cannot connect again, even I restart the tool and the Cummins Insite software. I doubt that, there are something wrong with the tool. Could you please advise?

The nexiq I received from Ruxer Ford is authentic! NOT A CLONE!! I ordered 11/2019. I was nervous because the stock image of the device is misleading. There is one image physically on the device that is not in the picture, which makes you think it’s a clone. I was very relieved when I actually received the device and confirmed that it was legit. I deducted 1 star because amazon needs to represent the correct image 100%. Ruxer Ford was great! Thank you.
