Have had to use pads off and on for a few years either due to bladder infections or age. I have tried every brand I can find and these are the best. Some brands are so thick they are uncomfortable, but this style is still relatively thin and the most comfortable. I live in a rural area and a trip to town is 45 minutes one way. Add a cup of coffee to the ride and well...you know. So these have been put to the test. I have found them on more than one occasion to hold a full bladder. I buy them from Amazon because I can find them all the time. Sometimes my local pharmacy has them but recently they have not carried the heavy, thin, long in months. They are comfortable, they don’t show through underwear and are super absorbent.

PLEASE be “Discreet “ My husband was out in our front yard this morning talking with two of our male neighbors when the UPS man pulled up and placed the box of Always Discreet in my husbands hands , needless to say the box in NOT so discreet.... there is huge black lettering advertising the product inside. Not only was he embarrassed but I am now mortified to face my neighbors and UPS man .... PLEASE PLEASE send this product in DISCREET packaging from now on. Thank You Kindly.

Liked that they're sufficiently absorbent that I don't worry about leakage when I'm out for hours doing errands or drs. or other appointments. Normally use the lighter Always leakage pads when @ home - where I'm always close to the bathroom just in case. So, I have my "indoor" pads and my "outdoor" pads - good safety alternatives.

The only drawback to each of the 2 pads re absorption is that the covering is a man-made by-product that is next to the skin 24-7. Which is fine for anyone who isn't allergic to artificial materials. I have burned skin every day, which I tend to by using hydrogen peroxide as a rinse. Would be a 5-star product if it had 100% cotton layers next to the skin!

I have been researching incontinence pads for too long. I've ordered samples of and bought many brands of liners and pads. Everything has been to short, too narrow and/or too bulky. If you are a plus-size gal with minor stress incontinence, this is your pad! The adhesive is super strong, there are gathers along the leg and the pads are on the thinner side. They are extra long which is hard to find. I prefer the length for added protection when I'm active. These are as long as the Tena Ultimate Thin long pad but much thinner. The Tena pads are superior quality but the Ultimate is really more for heavier leakage or bedtime use. This pad is perfect. Very happy with my purchase. I'm sticking with these!
