Very well made
I just got this for Christmas and I have not used it yet but it is very well made. the cabbage box slides very easily and the blades are super sharp. I expect this will do a great job for sauerkraut or making mounds and mounds of coleslaw. I only gave this 4 stars because it arrived slightly damaged. There were some dirty marks on the ends and the "discharge" end had a small crushed/dirty mark. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and agreed to make it right by refunding my purchase price. I would definitely purchase from them again.
