For the lovers of the original trilogy.
The quality of the Blu-ray and 4K movies is really good. You will get all the extras (except the origins of villains from the Spider-Man Special Edition on DVD). You get all the movies and all their different versions (Spider-Man 2.1 and Spider-Man 3: Editor's Edition). My only downside is that the "book set" was glued bad. The cover looks way too off and when I opened the "book" the first pics isn't straight. You'll expect a better job for such an "expensive" set.Edit: I was watching the first movie (4K) and these weird pixels came out from nowhere. I cleaned the disc and now it was working fine, but I'll watch the other movies from beginning to end to see if this comes out again. I only watched parts of them before writing this review, so I'll pay more attention this time.

These movies are great and it was nice to have an opportunity to watch them all again in high quality. The Special Features discs and versions of the movies with deleted scenes added in are really nice to have. My only real complaint about this set is that the discs are stacked on top of each other; I know there's a lot of discs and I'm not concerned about them getting scratched, but surely they could've done what other Blu-Ray collections do by having a couple separate disc holders. Otherwise, this is really good.

These movies have always had a special place in my heart and it is great to see on 4k, picture wise it isn't too much better than the blu ray, but the hdr is what makes the movies look great. Makes the blu ray look rather dull in color and i can't imagine going back now. The dolby atmos is a nice improvement over the previous format. If you had to own these spiderman movies, this is the way to do it

The first three films done by Sam Raimi reintroducing Spider-man to theaters (after the aborted 1970’s TV series) arrive on excellent looking 4K’s. The problem is that Sony has made these bare bones not including the spandex version of the second film (that’s just goofy Sony) and no special features. Granted, it’s the movies that are rhe main focus here but not including any alternate cuts in this set is a mistake IMHO.

Included are the three films starring Toby McGuire as Peter Parker/Spidey. The first details how Spidey got his powers, his first show down with the major villain The Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe). The second focuses on Spidey’s foe Doc Oct (Alfred Molina) who, at first, begins as a scientist hoping to provide the world with limitless power to the world that’s clean. Oct loses control during the experiment and becomes a villain as a result. The third (and worst) has Spidey face-off against Sandman and Venom. It’s a film that loses its footing midway through and is overstuffed with too many villains for its own good.

The 4K transfers look excellent with improved derail, sharpness and depth. Colors pop and the audio is exceptional as well. We get subtitles for the set.

Housed in a black Amray box with three discs (but four slots oddly enough which implies that the extended version WAS going to be offered).

Buen pack de peliculas, bastante completo tanto en idiomas y subtitulos pero por supuesto del material extra que se encuentra en cada disco. Cabe mencionar que el spiderman 3.1 tiene español castellano pero no latino pero se puede poner en ingles con subtitulos de español latino.

Otro punto a resaltar es que los codigos para la película digital solo se pueden canjear si tienes una cuenta de Movies Anywhere que esta solo puede ser creada en U.S.A. por lo que usar v.pn. para hacerlo no va funcionar, lo único sería tener un amigo o familiar para que ayude a crear la cuenta. Apesar que la fecha de caducidad diga 2019 aún siguen vigentes en pleno 2021.
