UPDATE 2018-10-14: I added some pics. The built-in Screen Protector is already REMOVED, and a Tempered glass was installed, as described below in my review._____I don't usually write reviews, at least very detailed ones, but I liked this case SO MUCH that I took the time to do it, because it may help others.I'm VERY perfectionist, look at all details, and I did a long (many days) research to buy a case for my Galaxy Note 9. It's crazy to use this extremely expensive phone without a good protection/case.-- SUMMARY:This case is GREAT. Gives excellent protection and feeling when you hold your phone.Even the Built-in Screen Protector is good (it's plastic, but it's good)The package is very good. The seller send you 3 emails, telling you some details and to be sure you're satisfied with the product (It's a Texas-based family company, with very friendly people indeed)--- WHAT I LIKED:- VERY affordable case to protect your VERY expensive phone. I purchased it before the phone, to get it ready just right when I got the phone in my hands.- VERY good design and protection- VERY good protection for the camera too- It does work with Fast Wireless Charger pad. I have the Original Samsung (Latest version which can be "FLAT"/HORIZONTAL or be as about 45º stand). In HORIZONTAL position the phone charges perfectly and fast. However in 45º degree position, the charger does not "see" the phone (In this position the case doesn't fit "perfect" on the stand base, letting a "gap" between the phone and charger's pad, so this is very probably the cause. Not 100% sure about this, though)- It includes a Built-in Screen Protector (which I used for many days and was surprised because it did NOT show any "rainbow" effect, and it did not decrease the sensitivity of the Screen in any way, even using the S-Pen.- It has built-in Protectors (port covers) for 3.5mm earphone jack and for the USB-C Charging port- VERY GOOD grip (ESSENTIAL for this kind of VERY slippery phone)- VERY GOOD Buttons response, you feel the "click" on ALL of them (Volume, Power, etc.)- I was able to remove the plastic built-in Screen Protector to install a Tempered Glass. It was easy, although required very good cleaning (be patient) because the Built-in protector had a very good glue/adhesive to the front cover (which is a part you WILL KEEP because you mount it on the phone, then you insert it in the protective case).- The result after removing the built-in screen protector and installing a Tempered Glass was PERFECT. And I really mean PERFECT (the ability to install a Tempered glass "properly" on the phone is another topic, that does not have anything to do with this case).- The S-PEN is perfectly accessible, yet very well protected- It has a built-in Kickstand, that closes VERY well (until you hear a kind of "click" sound) to prevent dust getting inside- Overall, this an AWESOME & VERY AFFORDABLE case for the Note 9.-- WHAT I DON'T LIKE MUCH:- I REALLY miss a "port cover" for the Micro-SD Tray on top. That part of the case covers it, so if you have a Dual-SIM version (like I have) and want to switch SIMs or add/remove Micro-SD card, you have to open the case entirely, remove the phone and then do the switching process, then put back into the case.NOTE: I did not find any case with this "feature" so far...- I'd like a more cushioned corners, to minimize any impact in case of drops. Even when the case is stated as Military grade drop test, I'd like it to have a bit more cushioned corners.- If I need to charge by cable, it's a bit difficult to open the port cover- If I need to plug a USB-C to USB adapter (to connect a standard USB Pendrive, for instance), it CANNOT be done because the case prevents to fully plug it in. However you CAN plug in and use USB-C to Micro-USB adapters (don't confuse them, they have different functions)-- FINAL WORDS:If you don't want a bulky case, but a VERY good protection, at a VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE, that even allows to use Tempered Glass (in case you don't want the built-in Screen Protector), this is a GREAT CHOICE, highly recommended.--> SUGGESTIONS TO MANUFACTURERS:Please consider making an upgrade (I know this is very new, maybe in near future?)As mentioned above I could only suggest few improvements to this already excellent case:1- An open built-in port cover for the SIM-Micro-SD tray on top (This is my BIGGEST REQUEST)2- Make the corners a bit more cushioned. I know you wanted to keep a "slim" line, but I think it would be better for even better protection of drops.3- If possible (not sure if it is), make the USB-C port cut-out bigger to allow connecting USB-C to USB adapters to connect a standard USB PendriveI really hope this helps to other people, since I had to ask lot of things (and times) to the Amazon community until getting some answers and deciding to purchase this case.
