NT65MA4 2-1/2 inch 15-Gauge Angled Finish Nailer with Air Duster

Uses and Applications

Hitachi’s 15-gauge angled finish nailer, the NT65MA4 is durable, reliable and effective for successfully installing crown and base moldings, window and door casings, chair rails, cabinets, exterior trim and staircases. The NT65MA4 accepts 15-gauge nails ranging in length from 1-1/4 inch to 2-1/2 inch at 34 inch. The angled magazine allows the nailer to fit in tight corners and awkward spaces with ease. It’s simple to load, and accepts 100 nails.

Key Features

Tool-free depth of drive adjustment

Tool-free depth of drive adjustment takes no time with the dial located conveniently under the non-slip elastomer grip trigger. Adjustments can be made depending upon the density of material and air pressure required. Then nails can be set consistently for improved control and a professional finish based on the application.

Fully adjustable exhaust

The 360 degree fully adjustable exhaust can be directed away from the user so that air exhaust, debris and oil are avoided. The NT65MA4 requires oil occasionally to keep the tool lubricated and functioning at optimal performance. Always refer to the owner’s manual for recommended routine maintenance.

Selective actuation

A simple flip of the selective actuation switch allows for either sequential (pull trigger, depress tip to drive a nail each time) or contact fastening (nail drives each time the tip makes contact) with no additional parts or tools required.

Air Duster

Hitachi designs nailers around applications. This attention is evident in Hitachi’s development of the unique air duster button on the NT65MA4. The button, located above the grip and easily reached, allows air from the compressor to bypass the nailing function and expel from a hole in the front of the tool. The user can clear away debris and dust from the work surface in preparation for nailing or gluing or just do clean up; saving time and energy.

This is not A Hitachi as pictured, it is called Metabo
Just wanted to inform future purchasers that if you order this thinking you are getting a Hitachi, what you will received is called a Metabo, I included pictures so you can see it. I've only used it a couple of times, and it is ok, light weight, nice to handle, but its still new. I was just a little miffed that I was not informed of what I would be receiving. As per the box, the company is now metabo, maybe others are aware of this, I was not , never heard of this company before.
