After my chocolate melted in my saucepan I kept stirring until it was a smooth consistency (no lumps) I then poured it into a smaller bowl that made it easier for me to dip my cake pops. I allowed my chocolate to cool off a little before I began the dipping process - a lot of folks assume that the chocolate will start to harden immediately after leaving the stove so they rush the dipping process (which makes for lumpy cake pops/strawberries) but that is incorrect. Your chocolate needs to cool off a little as you consistently stir your chocolate and it will always yield perfect results.
