This paddle far exceeded my expectations - its GREAT quality and at a great price! You could pay $80-$120 for a similar paddle, and this one is just as good. I've played with lots of other paddles and never yet found one that I like as much as this Amazin' Aces brand. I liked it so much that I purchased a set of their wooden paddles as well, as my husband prefers the wooden paddle over the graphite. I'm sure we won't be disappointed.

Really great and well-made paddle! It's lightweight and and the grip makes it easy to swing. I had only used wood paddles in the past, and this racket definitely feels like a huge step up and it's at an affordable price. It's noticeably lighter than any wood paddle I've used, and the ball seems to come off the racket face with a lot of power and control. It feels really good when hitting the ball and the paddle feels really durable and solid as well.

Before writing this review I wanted to first give the paddle a good workout. I've played several games now with a very competitive crowd that meets M-F every morning on six indoor courts here in Colorado. I really believe the Amazin' Aces paddle is as good (or better) as any paddle. Observing many games I sometimes consistently hear the dead thud from some paddles which I'm guessing do not have the Honeycomb Polymer Core and the mishits prove it. Then too I've seen a couple cheap wooden paddles, but not enough to compare. Fiberglass is the alternative to the graphite and I don't know if that makes a difference. Both are durable, but I'm guessing that the graphite might allow you to give a little more spin on the ball, but the Amazin' Aces graphite surface is very smooth and I can't feel the difference. If there's a difference with how they play it's a difference at the molecular level.

I read a review about the tape coming off the handle, but I've notice players with tape that's come loose so I'm guessing it depends on how much you play, but then I read another review where someone said they wrapped a little additional electrical tape and it was fine. That makes total sense, and that's what I'll do if I'm lucky enough to play enough for that to happen.

I carefully studied all the paddles at Dick's Sporting Goods and I believe Amazin' Aces is as good as any and I wouldn't trade it. You should be able to buy this paddle with confidence and if you have a bad game please don't blame it on the paddle.

I really did not know how to choose a paddle, so I chose one by price - Not too expensive not too cheap and so I chose this one. This paddle replaced a wooden one that I'd been using for awhile. What I like best is the grip size of the handle(just right for my hand). What I like the least is a flimsy feel of the butt of the handle. I feels like it's going to snap off. Sweet spot hits are perfect, with a nice solid sound. The paddle has an excellent heft to it allowing for solid hits and nice spins. However, off center hits twang a bit, as if the frame is not secure. For the price, this is a decent paddle.

Great racket for the price. Only issue that we had was that the tape at the top of the handles was loose and might have started to unwind had we left it alone. We just used a little electrical tape to seal the top. A big step up from the wooden paddles and nice and light.. Handle grips have a good feel to them. Off to the courts.
