The thin cat layers are clearly meant to be placed on top of each other, but every layer was heavily bent from packaging and wouldn't lay flat. Instructions say to tape it down, which mostly fixes that, but I wish it wasn't necessary.
X-rays are nice, but the blue/red viewers were also bent from packaging which made it a little hard to see clearly through them.
If the tick molds are anything to go by, the plaster dog should also come out great. We haven't tried it out yet.
The suture pad is neat and works OK. The instructions on step 4 should probably say something about how you need to go back through the hole a 2nd time where you just made the knot, but otherwise they seem good. The needle isn't curved but it's flexible enough that I was able to give it a bit of a bend (do at your own risk, I'm sure it'll break before it gets to a fish-hook shape!). I wish the pad was a bit more flexible, I guess? It wasn't easy at all to pull the wounds closed to really show off the purpose of the stitching.
For the price (which is less than a realistic suture pad by itself), this is worth it for sure.
