It came dented then the hot water didn't work after it was installed.
I ordered this water dispenser 4 times the 1st time it came dented and the 2nd time the hot water didn't work and came dented. The 3rd & 4th time the room temp water didn't work also it came dented. I want the 3 water options to work as they are claiming. I now bought another brand with similar features. Looks nice but does't work.

This is a great machine. I did the research first and this is exactly what we needed. It does connect to an existing waterbl line. I was a plumber years ago and I did install for quite a few years in residential and commercial buildings. This was very easy to install. We did have a bad valve and the quick connect was not giving a proper seal. We called customer support and they were amazing! I explained everything and he wasnt aware that I used to be a plumber but he never hesitated in the call. After a great attempt to troubleshoot, he stated he would send us the part free of charge. I got an email a couple hours later that FedEx had picked it up. Its here now two days later and installed. Works like a charm. The valve is not a common issue based off of reviews and in my years of plumbing, there was always the one off situation where a quick connect would just not work. This is not on Brio. Love this water cooler and the customer service that came alone with it. I highly recommend this product.

It was an easy setup, everything needed was in the box including the water line hook up. It has three options for water: hot, cold and room temp. Don’t use the heater so I can’t speak on that, but the cold water is really cold and the room temp is chilled, so I basically use the hot side for room temp since it is truly a separate tank.

We chose this dispenser after a long search on Amazon and elsewhere. We had our plumber run a new line to accommodate. We were looking forward to life without 5 gallon water bottles. Brio exceeded our expectations in every respect. It is a great dispenser. The hot water is truly hot, and the cold very cold. It was used constantly by our three daughters, and by all of us, as we have an active life style. Unfortunately there was a minor hitch in dispensing (we are in our 10th month with Brio). I contacted customer service which had a suggested fix. The fix did work but the problem arose again. The Brio customer service representative was amazing and offered to replace the old dispenser. (My approach to Brio was not aggressive, and this was not a matter of backing them into a corner — the offer to replace came from them and what is obviously a strong ethic of customer service.) I received the new Brio via Fedex. Incredible customer service. Great integrity! I recommend the product and the company!

The machine works great but we did have 1 issue when we got it. You must remember to drain drip pan and don't let it overflow or it will drip on the sensor inside. When this happens, sensor thinks there is a leak and unit will not work. We called customer service and they made us aware and now we drain daily since this is being used in an office and we have no problems since.

This water color saved me so much time and saved us from plastic use. This cooler needs to be attached to a water line line and the manual was very helpful. It was an easy setup and now i don’t have to juggle bring bottles of water home or paying for delivery. Also it comes with 2 sets of filters so I won’t need to buy new ones for months!! The water tastes great from the filters. The dispenser is also very nicely made and gives my kitchen a modern look. I also love how hot the water gets! Highly recommend this product to everyone.

After a year of problems and trying to do anything we could to figure out why it kept, freezing up, shutting off, and leaking.. we got the ol 1,2 bamboozle. Up until the warranty ran out they took their time responding and not helping. Finally when we said we will have to review this if you keep playing, they did the whole your new replacement is in process, with no return of the broke tank, that’s right, a broke tank which apparently after you took the whole thing apart, there it was, a broke tank was installed that had a piece missing from it!! They then realized they had stalled long enough that a few days over my warranty came and they did the switch and ‘couldn’t help me anymore with out me shipping the thing back’ to determine if they could help us anymore. How horrible! We ended up throwing this useless junk away with no help. Very disappointing.
