Falls ihr überzeugt seid, dass Buyer-Personas nicht nur langweilige Kundensteckbriefe sind oder demografische Zielgruppenbeschreibungen die überhaupt nichts über das Kaufverhalten aussagen, seid ihr hier richtig!
(Unbedingt lesen BEVOR man sich deutsche "Fachliteratur" zu Gemüte führt, die schlichtweg oberflächlich ist und teilweise komplett ignoriert, dass hier schon seit den 80er Jahren daran gearbeitet wird!)
