Cutest Slow Cooker

I just love this slow cooker. There have been so many times that my slow cooker I have is just too big and than I found this one, Its perfect for smaller meals, perfect to use when your using your other one. Keeps food warm, low is more like a medium low and high is just that high. It is the cutest slow cooker I think I have ever seen. Goes so well with my stainless steal appliances, every one comments on it and it is Black+Decker and I have always had good luck with them over the years. I do wish it had an auto turn off but I seem to use it while I am home anyway so it has not been a problem at all. Easy to clean, it just a great slow cooker all around, I highly recommend it

I spent numerous hours reviewing all kinds of crockpot and slow cooker reviews and specifications at some point had in mind to purchase a specific pot in $200+ range but at the end of the day, opted for this very basic pot since besides having some fancy LED display and buttons, the higher end models did not prove to have let’s say better quality ceramics or stainless housing. This is a rather small pot, I use it for occasional bone broth or stew cooking and so far used it about 5-6 times: no problem what so ever. I used the lowest heat setting so bone broth cooks for 10-12 hrs. So far no issue with ceramic inner pot developing those hairline fine cracks. Easy to clean, easy to store and it makes excellent bone broth and soups.

It's sooo CUTE! BUT, there is not light indicating it is on ( can be hazardous when it's hot and someone doesn't know), nor does it have a timer. I bought a wireless TP Link switch so I could control the power from my phone which makes this simple slow cooker a little more tech savy.

It's the perfect size to make dinner for two with some leftovers. The heat seems to be distributed evenly when cooking. The actual polka dot exterior gets REALLY hot when it's on so be cautious.

Admittedly I was first drawn to this slow cooker solely due to the polka dot design, but after reading some positive reviews about the functionality, I ordered it. I'm so happy I did, it cooks perfectly and it is cute enough to sit out in my kitchen all the time. In my opinion it looks nicer in person than in the photos. I also had been looking at some slow cookers that were oval shaped, but in my tiny kitchen I think this is a better use of space to have it tall rather than wide.

I never buy Crockpot brand, because they never seem to have a Warm setting on their pots! I very much appreciate - and USE - that setting on this lovely Black & Decker. I want to get another but am waiting until they come out with another cute design that is neither purple nor chalboard. Anyway, GET THIS; you won't regret it. :)

i was pleasantly surprised when i received my slow cooker. it looks so vintage and i really love it. over all i really like the cooker but there is 1 think i dont like and that is if it gets hot and starts to boil sometimes the liquid will go between the crock and the pot and is a bit hard to clean. but that alone would not be enough to stop me from buying it again or recommending it. i love the look and performance of this slow cooker.
