Nice addition in my goodie bag for the Kiddies during Trick-Or-Treat this year.Tattoos are as pictured. There is 2 sets in each pack which dose include 6 dozen tattoos in a set. Con is they are a bit small. They are on squares that measure 1 1/2" by 1 1/2".The tattoo is in its own individual plastic sleeve with instructions.Haven't tested one (got my own tattoos to show off) so can't give my opinion as to quality. I like what I see and would recommended them to a friend.

We tried multiple times via multiple methods to get these to stick to the kids skin. Some of the tattoo would always stick, but anywhere between 10 and 30% of it would get left on the transfer paper.

Cute, not sure if they work right though. Hard to read warnings and directions because of small print over clear plastic. Made in China, It says 'not to use on sensitive skin" (well, that should be common sense) but it also says " Do Not Wash Off".. that to remove the tattoo use a sticky substance such as scotch tape. Uhhh what, since when are temporary tattoos not washable? I'm giving these in holiday gift bags for my child's classmates. Only time will tell if i get complaints from other parents
