    "Think of the Consequences if You Do Nothing", this quote is my biggest takeaway from this book. There are lots of factors shared by the author on why we fail to achieve what we want, it could be procrastination, lack of motivation, etc. But this quote is really something awakening. It is pretty terrible to imagine the consequences if I stop moving forward toward my goal that I have set now. This quote acts like a booster and reminder to me in order to discipline myself and continue moving forward. Besides, there are much more enlightening contents in this book. I love it very much!"

    Based on the cover of this book, I thought it might offer a sort of self-discipline boot camp in a book aimed at macho dudes with authoritarian tendencies. To my surprise, it reads more like a personal coach’s guide on how to perform more effectively. It is well written, easy to understand, and filled with practical advice. The author (HMW Publishing, which may be a single person or team of many) starts with the notion that everyone wants to achieve certain objectives and success in doing so is governed by external factors over which one has limited control and internal factors over which one has more control. Strong self-discipline, obvious internal, enhances performance. The book offers guidance on goal setting, strengthening your endurance and tolerance, accountability, visualizing long-term rewards, and recovering from slips. Much useful advice in a concise package.

    I really like that this book covers a wide range of areas that you can train in order to become a more successful and productive person. This is a book that is based around using military training and skills to become more effective in your everyday life. I am always trying to do this for myself, and for the sake of my family. This is a helpful and quick guidebook to using those skills to strengthen your own discipline and power. I enjoyed this one.

    Self-discipline, procrastination, distractions, lack of motivation to determining how smart your goals are. Being specific to being able to measure your progress. Straight forward advice with easy to read flow. Definitely a self-motivational read. What made this ebook special, for me, was learning how to strengthen my endurance and tolerance levels. Never had I read these words in a self-help book before. The author teaches you how to train yourself to be mature. I believe this is great training for young adults. This is definitely a different approach to self-help. I highly recommend.

    Terribly written and says nothing at all informative or innovative. Typos and poor grammar appear everywhere throughout this book. The best thing that can be said about it is that it's short. The fact that there is no author attributed should have been a dead giveaway, however I'm sure I fell right into the plan by buying it anyway because it was cheap. Forget about the cost, it's not worth the time it will take you to realize you should not have bought this book.

    If you want to have good advices for getting better self decipline you will be happy with this book. The book explains steps towards a better life. This is a good short introduction to start with the power of self decipline.

    The messsge of this book is to think positive and it gives a number of techniques to achieve this. Life can have its down side as well as its ups and there is also a chapter on how to deal with lifes little slips. A chapter I found particularily helpful.
