Great to replace old yellow, dated closet rod holders

Product was received quickly and no missing parts. They work great and easy to install. They have two small pins on the back - I was sure why but just cut them off - now they are flush with the cabinet. I guess you could drill holes for them to be inserted so the rod holder doesn't spin around but mine work fine without them. I only wish they would include new screws but my old screws worked just fine. I purchased a set of 10 and then another set of 10 so I could replace all holders in all closets in the entire house. Glad my project is completed.

Needed these for replacement of an older California Closet system. The older ones were of a softer substance, the new ones are a lighter weight hard plastic. Nothing wrong with that difference, just pointing it out. What sets these apart from the ones you buy at a DIY store is they have the pins/posts to go in the holes, you can add the screw for more stability. They work perfectly. Glad to have found them!

These rod holders were so easy to install. They are made out of hard plastic of some type and have two prongs with rounded tips out the back. I put the holder against the wall, tapped lightly with a rubber hammer so the prongs would be imprinted in the wall, marked the center hole with a pencil/removed the holder, then a few taps on the center pencil mark with a nail so it would be easier for the screw to enter, then I tapped the holder in all the way against the wall with the rubber hammer, and screwed in the screw! You can use rods anywhere! In hall closet, bedroom closet, bathroom closet, craft closet, laundry area to hang clothes on, cellar to hang things, or even within windows for a painted dowel to hang curtains on. My Father used to make these out of wood in a U shape and those worked very well, but these are so fast and easy!

Missing the open half of the closet rod holders

The only reason I am giving one stars is because I received 10 closed closet rod holders. My closet rod holders broke and have purchased two other holders and they did not fit. When I received the package this morning I immediately opened it and it had no open rod holders. I contacted Amazon and they gave me a fill refund because it is a third party seller. I was so excited because they fit in my closet system! I had to reorder and hopefully I will get both the open and closed holders. If I do I will update this review. It is unfortunate that this happened since I am desperate for the holders.
