Jil Love Revolution is an international social movement to raise awareness, expand consciousness, and motivate society through Art + Activism advocating Human Rights, Environmental Rights, and Animal Rights. ARTivist/actress/filmmaker Jil Love was born as Jordina Jil Salabert in Tarragona, Spain, one hour south of Barcelona. Inspired by her mother’s passion for the arts and cinema, she relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2006 to work in film. Upon returning briefly to Spain in 2012 after five years away, Jil discovered growing unrest at home with disturbing political implications for human rights. During the Madrid riots that erupted in reaction to austerity measures as well as a “Gag Law” by the Spanish Congress intent on suppressing freedom of speech, cameras captured her particularly personal expression of peaceful protest. The memorable impact of these occasions led Jil in turn to conceive and present many other distinctly thought-provoking and widely reported performance events through ARTivism as Jil Love Revolution. We Are The Voices Of The Unheard is the comprehensive documentation of Jil Love’s uniquely personal journey and artistic mission to date. With over 200 photos in 80 full-color pages, this large format 11 x 14" book's hardcover and color dust jacket both feature copper foil stamp highlights. "As all life on this planet is interconnected, we must regain our common humanity before race disconnected us, religion separated us, politics divided us, and wealth classified us. My aim is to inspire and teach others to create their own Love Revolution and make a real lasting impact on the world we live in."

The world is in serious need of love and more light today, and this book connects with you, and is inspiring, provocative and Sexy. When you help someone such as she, it comes back many fold. Compassionate, courageous, passionate... These are but a few words to describe this amazing woman and what she does to bring voices to the voiceless and bring our attention to matters that truly matter. Be it Chemtrails (yes, they are real), to human trafficking for organ harvesting, to the Palestinian's oppressed situation, to offshore oil drilling off the coast of her Spanish homeland, she brings her own vision of "ArtActivism" to the streets. Being a provocateur, she gets peoples attention by pointing to the many woes of the world. This beautiful book showcases many of the causes she has forwarded near and far and is presented in a beautifully formatted, visually stunning presentation. I highly recommend this book as the proceeds help her continue the cause, whatever be at that moment. She's a unique individual with a huge, huge heart and this book is a worthy reflection of her attempts to make a difference in this crazy, messed up world.

This book chronicles a life dedicated to the defense of those who cannot defend themselves. Like a protective angel, she seeks out injustice wherever it is, and goes there to bring awareness. She uses anything - her body, props, location & passion to illustrate problems that are often obfuscated by rhetoric. Every image is powerful, visual poetry. She is totally unafraid of consequences, unafraid to offend anyone. Even if you disagree with one of her opinions, you cannot deny her absolute courage; the photos will make you think, and more importantly, feel. If more people shared her sense of justice, and willingness to do anything, go anywhere to speak up, this would be a far better world. Supporting this book, this life, this "artivism," helps build that world. Get the book, spread the message.

Many of them are harsh and with a highly critical load, but they are also pictures of extraordinary beauty. Jil Love physically exposes herself in public, in places where issues or events moves her conscience and soul and show us trough that pictures her physicality, her body, as a receiver and sender of the sensations felt by her in front of the horror, anguish and injustice that occurs in our daily world, and it is also a warning of the big questions about the future of our society.

An absolute wonderful book of an Artivist (Artist + Activist) that leaves no one indifferent.

Jil Love is the real deal. She puts her body, intellect and spirit on the line. She's an artist of the highest social awareness - her message is love, her craft is pain and her story is sacrifice. This beautiful book is a gorgeous and challenging chronicle of that story. Whether she gives herself for human rights, animal rights, environmental rights; rights of the oppressed, the forgotten or the abused - appearing alone or inviting like-spirited artists to join her - Jil Love creates extraordinary imagery which shocks the senses and awakens consciousness.
