Product Description

VonShef 15 Inch Ceramic Pizza Stone Set With Heavy Duty Chrome Stand with FREE Pizza Cutter

The VonShef Pizza Stone is fabulous for creating authentic crisp pizzas and much more such as bread, cookies and rolls.

Crisp Base:

The pizza stone absorbs moisture whilst cooking to create a crisp base every time as it is made from a high impact ceramic.

Even Cooking:

Whilst baking pizza and other foods the VonShef Pizza Stone reduces hot spots creating great results as food is cooked evenly. The ceramic plate also keeps food warm for longer.

Pizza Cutter:

Take the pizza stone to the table to cut and serve your meal, as we also include a pizza cutting wheel with your pizza stone! Along with keeping your food hot and fresh (right down to the last slice) the pizza stone will avoid damage to your table top.

Non-Stick, High Resistance:

Our pizza stone is also non-stick and is resistant to high temperatures.

Preparation Guidelines:

The VonShef pizza stone requires slow pre-heating before use. If the stone is heated too quickly it can cause cracks and breakage due to thermal shock. Simply enter the stone into a cold oven and allow both to pre-heat together.

Slow pre-heating:

Perfect for creating pizzas evenly along with baking breads, cookies and rolls

High impact ceramic plate also keeps food hot and fresh for longer

Impressive 15 Inch diameter and heavy duty chrome stand

Great Stone in General, Cracked after 6 Months, thermal shock

Great Stone in General, Cracked after 6 Months, thermal shock
Bought in June, probably "used" less than 50 times. Up here in NorCal (SF Bay Area) ,I typically don't use heat, and ambient room temperature dropped below 65 F, so the stone could have been in the low 60s. Attempting to pre-heat in a builder basic electric stand alone oven, about 1/2 way through ... I heard it crack, but didn't realize it until I put the pizza in.The stone was great, needs corn meal the first few pizzas to prevent sticking. Does a great job, just didn't last.
