Its sleek Espresso melamine shelves and slate gray metal tube frame create the ultimate in simplicity for a two-tone console in the entrayway, living room or as a functional table in a home office. The frame is enamel finished and the melamine top and lower shelf have the look of wood, yet are lightweight and easy-to-clean. Floor protectors at the base of the frame prevent scratching. My only complaint was one of the legs had a dent in it (I believe from delivery) but it was on the outside toward the wall under the bottom shelf so I just kept it. Looks nice and complements the other office furniture in the room. One reviewer stated that the legs were painted wood but they are metal. The laminate matched up unlike other reviews so I was pleased. The instructions suggested not fully tightening until it's assembled in order to adjust for a better fit, which I did.

    Table is exactly what we wanted. Despite some complaints from other buyers, this table was very easily assembled in no time at all. (Lesson to complainers: Insert all screws loosley before tightening any of them that way you'll find all the holes align. If you insert only one screw then tighten, this may cause alignment problems).
    For about the price of a carton of cigarettes you can buy this table. Nothing fancy, just a decent, functional table that looks really great! No complaints at all.

    I was impressed by the low standards used to build this piece of furniture.

    Steel is badly painted, welds are approximate, corner are poorly made, venner are not cut properly withe gaps on most of the corners.

    I amazed that this came out of the factory with a QC sticker.

    I strongly suggest potential buyers not to consider any product from that collection (I personally made the mistake to buy 2 products at the same time).

    I liked the look of this table and was particularly drawn to it because of its dimensions, and how they meet my specifications. My table arrived today and I just finished building it. The sturdiness is good and what I expected for the price, the problem is that it is scuffed up in multiple parts. Most of them are in unoticable areas but a couple of them are on the top surface in the spot you would least want to see it. This table is not going to be used for show in my case so I don't care to much for the defects but for people who want to pay $80 for something nice that other people may see then be warned that it may have marks on it. Also the metal legs were a bit warped at the top where they meet the bottom side of the surface table, it wasn't to big a deal but not perfect.

    My table arrived 2 days ago and was damaged. It really showed how poor the quality is. Think about it, a table this size with shipping weight of 31lb. How good can the quality be?
    Like other reviewers said, the frame looks painted on. A slight dent or scratch will easily chip away the paint. The frame arrived dented and there was no way I could piece it together. I had to ask for an exchange. I do like the way it looks. If no one observes it in detail it looks contemporary and nice. So I'm hoping the next shipment will come OK. It is easy to assemble.

    Arrived slightly damaged, but not enough for me to want to deal with the hassle of returning/exchanging. Top is more black than an espresso brown in my opinion. As far as quality, this makes a piece of IKEA furniture look like Room and Board. As many other people said, the screw holes do not lineup properly, I had to bend the metal to get it to fit properly and the cheap silver paint started to crack (luckily not in a visable area) Overall it serves it's purpose.
