I usually buy my cinnamon pills from Sam's Club but they recently went way up in price, and way down in # of pills per bottle. So after much searching, I found this two pack which is much more comparable to what I was getting before, in terms of price and amount. I'm glad I found these, and after reading the bottle I see they are a Wal-Mart product, so I plan to check them out in the store sometime, and compare the prices.
(Also, my SO takes fish oil pills and prefers to take them with a cinnamon pill to help with the taste.)

Generally I feel that any substantial harms/risk is low if used in modest daily quantities.
