When we first got to the hill, my daughter and I went down on it together. It easily handled her 60 pounds, and my 180 pounds, and we both fit very comfortably. It easily fit three kids a number of times, and although I think you can squeeze three adults on it, it would be a tight fit. At times, there were even four girls on it, ages 7,8,10, and 12, and it held up fine.
The snow was a very hard pack, and this tube SCREAMED down the hill, taking the kids farther and faster than any other sled or tube on the hill today. In my opinion, it is a great value for the $30 spent.
The nice thing about the tubes are that in deeper snow, it glides right over the top instead of 'digging in' like many of the traditional sleds do. It's also a much more comfortable ride if you plan on taking it over any little humps, bumps, or jumps along the way.
We build a jump on the hill we were sledding down and many people went over the jump on this tube (including 2 adults at a time). This thing withstood the test and provided hours of fun for all.
First, this thing is not that big. Second, it's not terribly well constructed.
I had no problem spending $30 for a good quality sled for my kids, but this was a major waste of money. I feel mislead by some of the other reviews and a little let down by Amazon as I have no recourse due to the date of failure.
I'm attaching a picture of the lengthy, unrepairable split that an 80 pound load produced.

We were referred to Paricon with high recommendations, and we weren't disappointed! These tubes have been quite the hit and have survived the winter without a scratch (and again they get some tough abuse from the college students). In fact, we have used the patch kit that came with them to patch up one of our older tubes. Would highly recommend this and any other product from Paricon!
I had no issue with this product. I inflated it with my porter cable compressor. I then sprayed the bottom with snow blower spray. This thing was a bigger hit than the sled and saucer. Everytime we get snow I build a huge area for the kids. They got tired of just using one saucer so we bot this and a sled. This thing flew down the hill with the spray. Perfect for my 6 year old. My 10 year old loved it too.
