We got this today, and immediately went sledding. It does not seem like the thickest tube I have seen, but not the thinest either, so I figured we would let the hill test its durability. If if eventually pops, I will come back and maybe downgrade my review, but for now, it was great.
When we first got to the hill, my daughter and I went down on it together. It easily handled her 60 pounds, and my 180 pounds, and we both fit very comfortably. It easily fit three kids a number of times, and although I think you can squeeze three adults on it, it would be a tight fit. At times, there were even four girls on it, ages 7,8,10, and 12, and it held up fine.
The snow was a very hard pack, and this tube SCREAMED down the hill, taking the kids farther and faster than any other sled or tube on the hill today. In my opinion, it is a great value for the $30 spent.
