I had heard all of the Celtic sea salt hype, and decided to check it out. Super pleased with this salt. Not only is it ethically sourced, but it is THIRD PARTY TESTED!!! This makes a huge difference to me, because you know it is truly quality checked. I have been taking a little pinch of it with my water each morning (and continue hydrating throughout the day), and I have honestly noticed a difference in my hydration levels and skin quality! The bonus is that this salt tastes AMAZING. It really is light years away from plain old table salt, and it takes a smaller amount in cooking. I'm ready to ditch the nasty commercial stuff, and make this the only salt in my spice cabinet!

I was pleasantly surprised using this Celtic Sea Salt for the first time ever at how much more my food taste delicious. I don't need to add much Celtic to a dish while cooking or on my plate. I noticed I use much, much less than when I used other Sea Salts or Himalayan salt. It is difficult to describe the freshness Celtic Sea Salt brings to you meal. When I opened the bag and took a whiff of the scent it surprisingly smelled of ocean and was moist. The only way to describe this is by remembering as a child when you played at the ocean edge with your pail and shovel and you use your hand instead to scoop up some sand as a wave slowly rolls over it. The way the wet sand feels in the palm of your hand is how this Celtic Sea Salt felt. It isn't dry like all the other salts on the market. I am so pleased with this Celtic Sea Salt. It will now be the salt I use every day!
