With great graphics, color and easy to read text, I was led through a process of reflection and practical goal setting. Even better, as college faculty teaching a leadership class, I used this wonderful find with my thirty six students over a nine week class, each with their own copy. Many found they were establishing a personal mission for the first time with life priorites. What fun to watch them emerge from a simple tool. Thanks to the authors. I will use it every year!
