    The case is relatively thin and doesn't add much bulk yet the poly carbonate exoskeleton which fits over the case greatly increases the level of protection it offers. I have dropped my phone onto my tile floor with no damage to the phone. The case comes off in two parts, first the back frame/exoskeleton and then the rubber skin. I find the kickstand to be a great and usable feature when watching movies or video's. The case is so thin I usually just slide it into the back pocket of my pants or jeans and so I rarely use the holster which BTW works well. I just don't want to walk around with a geeky holster and with this case, I don't have to. All the cut-outs for micro USB, headphone, camera and speaker are precisely where they need to be and I have no difficulty plugging in my headphone into the jack with the case on or the USB plug into the phone to charge it. I highly recommend this case for it's durability, fit, size, ease of use and the protection it affords to your Android device.

    I have been very happy with this purchase. The case feels good in the hand and provides the protection I was looking for in a case. I really like the 2 part shell and have not had the soft shell change shape over time. The belt holster is an added bonus when you don't want to carry the phone in your pocket. Materials are top notch. The kick stand works well when you can place the phone on a hard surface. I have not had the kickstand pop out of its cut out but it feels loose after multiple uses.

    I purchased the ACTIVE Case and Holster for my T-Modile Galaxy S2 (T989). It arrived within two days of being shipped and was not overpackaged. A common issue with items weighing less than the package they came in. So far I have nothing but good things to say about the holster and case system. It's construction is far more sturdy and robust than the previous case/belt clip solution I had, which broke within days at the clip attach point. The Seidio features a riveted pivot point that is actually metal. The flexible rubberized sleeve and rigid exoskeleton both fit perfectly on the phone. And after a couple of practice attempts found that inserting the case-covered phone into the holster became an easy, one-hand affair. It drops in bottom end first, then slips under the spring-loaded clip. Easy and secure. The only slight fault I can find is the hinge point on the case "kickstand". It seems delicate and possibly prone to failure if not handled with care. It should be opened and closed with your fingers as close to the hinge as possible. All in all I definitely recommend this system.

    This case is OK simply because it does what it says, however, the gel cover doesn't work with the belt clip. I had the iphone version that was an all hard outer shell with a felt interior that clipped on the belt without fail for over 3 years. This gel cover and exoskeleton works fine for covering and reinforcing the corners of the phone but why not make it so you can just snap it on the belt clip without the gel cover folding up and becoming loose (ready to tear). Also, the kickstand has only one position and it's towards the bottom of the phone so it's a little off center. It stands by itself but is easily tipped. Bad design for those that like simplicity and low maintenance. Very disappointing, especially for 40 bucks.

    I really like this case/holster combo. There is only one flaw in its design, where the clip at the top of the holster holds the phone the cast is not hard so if you try to just push the phone into the holster it pulls the case back at that area.

    Other than that It's exactly what I was looking for, good quality, protects screen and camera well, the holster holds the phone securely.

    After looking around amazon for several days for a new case/holster combo for t-mobile galaxy s2 phone, I pulled the trigger on the Seidio. It might have been the most exspensive, but well worth the money, small price to pay to protect a $600 phone. The case hugs the phone like a glove. Case has nice size front lip so putting your phonr face down is no problem as I do to hear my alarm in the early am to awake for work b/c of the rear speaker. phone still feels really sleek which I was weary of, b/c I don't like the big bulky cases, very pleased. I holster works very well. I read several reviews where people have said the case graps the holster when cliping it in, I just lift up the holster clip a little.

    Kickstand on case is a little tough to open/close.

    Overall, excellent product.

    I've been trying different cases for my tmobile galaxy s2 and I was excited when I saw a clip type holster because I've used these types of bolsters in previous phones and I like the concept. However, this case's design is seriously flawed. You need to put on a rubber case around the phone (to protect it) and then a hard "shell" which goes over the soft rubber case. Once that's on, your supposed to be able to clip the phone into the belt holster. However, when you try to push the phone into the clip it constantly snags on the soft rubber case. The company should've made the top portion (which slides under the clip) out of hard plastic so that the clip can easily clip on without snagging on the plastic soft case. I will be returning mine today. What a shame.
