Coming to the fans, one fan was normal (no abnormal noise) while the other one was producing heavy noise while rotating. I presume the bearing is the culprit for the noise I think there is some manufacturing batch of these fans, where the bearings are faulty. Anyway, i fitted the good fan and put replacement for faulty fan.
The fan is simply wow and surely improves the asthetics of the room. Regarding performance its high speed fan, i used to put my earlier fan at a speed of 3, whereas this i am putting on speed 1. I have observed all speed levels and i did not found any abnormal noise. The fan feels slightly overpriced, prie upto 5000 will surely attract more customers. Overall i am happy with the purchase and i ll recommend to buy it. I have attached video and few snapshots for reference.
Update: i have now received the replacement fan and its working good, installed it. Using both the fans.
Now there is a bug that, single remote can operate both the fans simultaneously. If i want to start one fan the other gets switched on, thats annoying now. Launched complaint with Luminous customer care. Will update further, after their input.
Further update: luminous executive has informed that the issue cannot be resolved as the product is same. A workaround has to be done like using main power switch for on/off and using remote for speed control. I feel its weird, but keeping the fans as i liked them
