Mini-review, just glance, don't use in judgement please
I've only had this product for a couple days, so take my review with a grain of salt.I was sent a model with a Canadian/English keyboard when I expected just American. A few extra characters oh well.I decided to return this item because of the keyboard and the product is not for me.Pros- 1.5 lbs lightweight- included stylus for writing/ drawing- packaging was superb, comes with many accessories and pen included- catch some eyes with this beautiful designCons- keyboard didn't turn off when in tablet mode (I didn't update windows or anything so it probably is fixed through updates)- micro-usb instead of usb type-c (oh well)I myself found the cool looking halo keyboard difficult to type on. I thought it would be so cool to have, I didn't think of the practicality of this device. This device I feel is more suited for note takers, artists, or if you just want a secondary laptop to your main laptop.
    Thank you for your feedback

Bought this refurbished biting the bullet, with a bit of skepticism due to some negative reviews and also being refurbished at an irresistibly discounted low price. So for have used this a bit over 2 months now since it's delivery March 8.

I'm very happy to provide some positive feedback with it's:

    - great quality -- can't tell the difference between this refurbished unit with a brand new one out of the box, except for the extra "refurbished" sticker
    - decent rather fast performance
    - fantastic color and pixel 1920x1200 resolution, and fast-decent graphics performance all throughout use
    - ultra-long battery life
    - small, very thin, super lightweight, highly portable profile and
    - sturdy quality (already dropped it once, table height), and so far haven't had any hiccup or any glitch.

    Limitations:
    - memory upgrade
    - halo keyboard could use even a slight spacial feed back mechanism (e.g. slightly embossed) to be fully useful for speed typing.

Although with limitations, I find this nonetheless, an exceptional value!
