Nice nesting mixing bowl set!. I think these bowls have a good thickness to them, as some metal bowls feel almost paper thin. The silicone base does help this bowl stay put while mixing with one hand. The little grip handle on the side is also covered in silicone and is a huge help to hold onto the bowl and to pour out ingredients using the molded pour spout. They also have measuring units printed inside of the bowl. Good purchase!

Fantastic bowls at a great price. Well packaged for shipment. Imperial and Metric measurements etched into the inside of the bowls. Now for what I think are the best parts: a) I wear a size 13 ring (big hands) and the handles are comfortable to use; b) the Bowls are extremely light weight. Note: there is an information slip in the box that's says to clean with mild soap and use soft towel to dry.

I bought these for my mother because trying to keep a glass bowl still while using a hand mixer and spatula is next to impossible. She loved these bowls namely for the handle. It is wide and allows for a good, full grip. My only complaint is that inside of the bowl is showing little smears of rust despite only being used three or four times and being washed out properly after each use.
