Pros:
-Stows in a tiny bag. Weighs next to nothing, and takes up as much space as a medium-size coffee can.
-Enormous when inflated. As said, 2 people could easily share this in an emergency. Will easily sleep anyone with wide shoulders or broad hips comfortably.
-Big enough or 2 people in an emergency. This pad is not the best for side sleepers so I only add the emergency tag since you'd probably be sleeping on your sides. 2 slim-framed people could probably sleep shoulder-to-shoulder without much trouble, but I wouldn't recommend it.
-So comfortable. I used the regular version- and I'm not kidding- to sleep on a floor during an all-night event in a theater. I woke up more refreshed than almost any time I've ever been using lightweight camping gear. This version is even more comfortable, thanks to being so much wider.
Cons:
-The mat is quite thin, meaning it's not great for side sleepers. Personally, I like a firm mattress so I'm fine on my side. My girlfriend who likes softer beds is more skeptical. With an extra blanket I can sleep on my side comfortably for several nights, but this mat is certainly made with back sleepers in mind. If you're a side only sleeper, definitely hold on to your box in case you need to do a return.
Overall:
-Almost disappears in your pack compared to traditional bedding. Gigantic when inflated, it's comfy for anyone. The only downside is that it's pretty thin for a side sleeper. It's hard to imagine a sleeping pad that could be any better for back and front sleepers. I'll update after my next camping trip just to verify this pad on a proper shakedown, but given my experience with the original I'm sure it will be great.
Now if you are debating on whether you should spend the extra money and get these or the standard thats up to you, but i ordered the standard sized v2 and returned it. It was very comfortable and just as supportive, but for a larger guy like me it was just a little narrow and my arms always fell off the side in the night. These are wide enough that hasn't been an issue yet. Also if you are any taller than me, be prepared for your feet to hang off. I barely fit, and just to make it better i usually sleep on a pillow of some kind with my head off the end. The luxe pad is wider, but not any taller from what i can tell at least.
Finally, even though it does take a little effort to inflate the nozzles to do it are awesome. Instead of twisting to open and close they just snap up or down. That means when your really close to having it full and need that extra pressure, you can quickly snap it down, take a big breathe, put the nozzle in your mouth, open it, blow the rest of the air in, and close it while its still in your mouth so that you don't lose even a little air. My wife and i have bought $200 self in floating pads that are cushy and easy and heavy, and these are better.

Background: I backpack camp and have my 3-season base pack weight (excluding food, worn clothing) down to about 16lbs.
I'm six feet tall and tend to turn in my sleep but at 30-inches wide, my arms stay on the mattress rather than falling off the edge. It's a plush 3-inches thick as well, keeping both my back and hip bones from getting sore.
At 750-grams, and rolling down to approximately the size of a Nalgene bottle, this mattress is slightly heavier than some but still backpacking appropriate. I reduce gear weight in areas like clothes, tent, and sleeping bag so that I have some extra carrying capacity for a mattress that I enjoy.
So, here's the thing: Klymit's quality control is more problematic than Therm-a-Rest's.
I got one of these that had a slow leak. My suspicion is it's a valve issue. Klymit uses two valves (for fast deflation) with a "pull to open, push to close, twist to lock closed" action. It's not a simple screw valve so there's more to go wrong and more failure points.
Given that these are the ONLY 30-inch wide mattresses light enough for backpacking, I'm exchanging mine under warranty. My camping is much more enjoyable when I get a good night's sleep. I'm still giving the Klymit Static V Luxe five stars as you can keep exchanging any defective units until you find one that's perfect; you'll certainly get a perfect night's sleep on it.
