Best laptop on the market. It is my second xps 13 (first one is 1st Gen). Durable, sleek, lightweight and powerful. Superb screen (QHD+ which is near 4K). The only alternative is Mac pro but I don't like Mac OS so Dell's XPS is the best one. A bit expensive but worth it compared with the alternatives.

Not only did he deliver a premium laptop to my doorstep in 2 days (which works seamlessly), but he also went out of his way to send me a new charger as my broke about 1.5 months post purchase date. Brief review following one week of use. The laptop itself is an excellent device. Extremely fast, stable, beautiful screen. It's lightweight and quiet. I haven't stressed the battery life yet, but it seems to keep about 6 hours.

The device came pretty quickly and was packed OK - standard for these days. As promised it was sealed/new. Plugged it in booted it up, zero problems.

All in all, based on a week, great device and quality experience purchasing from this vendor.

I ordered this laptop as I needed something lightweight but powerful while also being nice to look at. This XPS13 did not disappoint. However, I did have to replace the WiFi card myself.

The screen is large for the form factor, beautiful, and accurate, which is important for web development. Windows 10 has some issues sometimes with the higher resolution on a smaller screen, but most of the time it can be overcome through the Zoom features.

The SSD is fast and spacious for a laptop of this size and price.

It is very lightweight while also feeling sturdy. The aluminum backing is nice to the touch while the soft innards near the keyboard lend a comfortable typing experience. The keys feel alright, but they aren't as good as a mechanical keyboard or a Surface Laptop.

The webcam is in a very odd place, bottom left of the screen. Be prepared to have video chats looking up at your nostrils.

Replacing the Wifi card was very easy with the right tools. It was just a shame I had to order the proper Intel card shortly after receiving the laptop. It was cutting out multiple times per hour and sometimes would require a reboot to begin working again. After replacing the card, I am now able to get great speeds on an ac connection without any more drop outs.

Overall, this XPS13 is a great laptop to have if you crave the best of lightweight and powerful. Just be careful about using the default wifi card.

Do not purchase. Save yourself the trouble. After owning for 3 weeks, had to have fan replaced. RAM went bad after 3 months. Dell service stinks. Fan repair was no problem, but had terrible service to get the RAM fixed. It has been 11 days now, finally got the repairman to come, and he did not bring anything with him to reinstall the software which needed to be done because the bad RAM corrupted the data on the hard drive. Still not up and running.
