Product Description
Cooking with charcoal is now stylish and functional with this dual chamber, stainless Dyna-Glo charcoal grill. The removable steel firebox divider allows for expanding or dividing the cooking space depending on the amount and type of food and total number of people. The two charcoal trays adjust separately to provide flexibility with cooking temperature when different foods require different temperatures at the same time. The lid and front firebox are double-walled to minimize heat loss and improve the burn efficiency of charcoal. The high capacity ash pan is removable for quick and easy clean-up.

A couple notes:
1. I’ve seldom used both chambers at the same time, with coals going in each, which means I tend to use one side more than the other; as a consequence I’m a little concerned by one side, it seems the left side’s adjustable coal tray is wearing more.
2. I never use the access doors on the front, I thought they’d be necessary. As it turns out, with how adjustable this grill, they’re the least convenient option for adding wood chips, etc.
3. You can smoke in this grill but it’s not a true smoker. I have used this setup to great effect: I have the coals going on one side (but not the other) and I don’t use the grilling grates on that “hot” side; one the side without the grill-grates I place the meat, I can then freely add woodchips to the coals, as needed to the side with the heat, without using the front access. The smoke flavor is awesome. Works very well.
4. The grill looks awesome, I haven’t seen any rust whatsoever. Smoke discoloration is present but not too bad (and I do that quasi-smoker thing a lot because it turns out so well)
5. You should get a concrete board protector, embers do find their way to the deck, it’s a must. A coal chimney is also something I’ve always had, I’ve never done the pyramid-stacking-coal technique with this grill... no comments about that.
After everything is considered, I would highly recommend this purchase. After this grill has seen its last I’ll replace it with another one. A great buy, in my opinion.

Unlike some other reviews, I didn't find a significant gap between the hood and the frame. You can stick a piece of paper or two in the gap in some places, but again, this is plenty good for the price. The hinges on the hood do allow for a good bit of adjustment despite the reviews, but you should note that the design does have natural play in it (similar to most moderately priced charcoal grills) so a lot has to do whether you bring the hood down crooked or not when you close it. I think that is what people are seeing when they comment on misalignment. The grates aren't that thick and there is a good bit of play in them, but shouldn't really be a problem. Doors on the front look good, but like other reviewers, I don't see much you can really do with them given the way the charcoal baskets sit in the grill.
Overall, if you are looking for a nice looking, reasonably priced and roomy grill, I don't think you can go wrong with this.
Used the grill a few times since last entry. Happy with the grill pit. Even more happy I no longer care about loss of heat/smoke leakage from rear mating surface. It's a grill pit. I decided to modify my old heavy duty 25y offset pit instead of replace it. Fire box was removed (deteriorated) and deep sixed and the door to firebox (good condition) was reattached to the main body (great condition). That should last another 10-20y. Meanwhile the DYNA-GLOW grill is working as it was meant for. Grilling, (needed improvements). It's a keeper, long as we clean it out after each use and covered when not in use we'll be able to enjoy for years to come.

New entry, used the pit early today to grill some burgers and dogs. Happy with that, but later for dinner was when I noticed all the leakage even after applying a seal. Specifically the back of lid mating surface. Thought one strip would be enough all around but considerable amount of heat/smoke from there including the chimney which doesn't completely close. Other charcoal doors were sealed as well. From this point I'm following an earlier entry that provided important tips on sealing up this nice looking pit. That it is and seems DYNA-GLOW was shooting for when this pit was approved for manufacturing. Looks great, leaks more than it should and also be an indication for a lack of ees experienced personnel to test these bad boys (really bad). On a higher note there is help plus taking the time to seal this bugger. For me, lesson learned. A heavy duty smoker grill (like my last offset model lasted 25yrs), will be my next purchase. This DYNA-GLOW was made for grilling. Signing off, time to eat.

Overall easy to assemble. Thankful none of the parts were damaged during transit or missing. All the parts fit as according to instructions. Haven't used it yet, but on a good note, I ordered it last week and it wasn't slated to arrive until 6 April but low and behold this past Saturday morning it was sitting on our front porch. Had it assembled today but a word of caution becareful installing the Thermometer, though rare, I didn't expect the stem to be so thin it broke off before tightening rendering it useless. I bought it off "Great Dealz 4 U" and even though they were willing to replace the pit 100% all I needed was the thermometer. Since they carry no replacement parts policy was to disassemble the entire pit, rebox, and they'd cover shipping. I was happy with that offer (and will keep them in mind), but disassembling the entire pit for one single replacement part didn't make sense. So I thanked "Ron" and decided to buy a thermometer from DYNA-Glow or from Amazon inventory. Kudos to "Great Dealz 4 U and a "👍" for offering complete replacement. As far as performance of the pit, that'll come later after this weekend. One more thing, not sure if Amazon already had the pit in stock or if Great Dealz 4 U pulled a rabbit out of a hat, but I sure do appreciate the unexpected very early delivery.👍👍👍👍👍

I have been BBQing for over 50 years. I have not found better. I am on my fourth identical Dyna-Glo BBQ.

I found the price for the quality good. Yes a few drawbacks in some parts I didn't expect to have problems, but it's fine.
