ok, first of all, I love my gadgets! I really love this thing. I think it is perfect. I'm going to buy another one for our motorhome. I bought this tool to use when I'm travelling. I didn't use it much after I first got it, but on a recent trip I brought it with me in order to make some basic cocktails while on the road. I did not have any expectations that the individual parts of this tool would work as well as specially designed single purpose tools, but just how bad the stirrer was surprised me. It doesn't stay straight, but jiggles around the hinge joint like some rotating toy. I thought this was just a bad design I had to live with, but I recently happened to see another of these units and the stirrer was better there, at least it stayed straight after I extended it.
I tried contacting the customer service of Bonnie&Cydes, but they do not respond to me. I know the return window has passed, but any company who cares about its reputation should a least answer inquiries, especially when they have shipped a faulty item..
