Debated between 3 & 4 stars but went w/ 4 as I got a LOT of compliments on this dress! :) I am 5'1 114# 34C & the small fit perfectly. As other reviews noted it is actually VERY short in the front. At my height the back would have dragged a bit if I didn't wear at least a little heel which was fine by me. The dress IS a bit see through but because there is a short tiny little slip/liner nothing important is compromised! Took off a star for the following reasons. 1) I ordered white & in the pic it looks bright white to me but is actually an off white but still pretty enough 2) It's SO short in the front the little slip tends to show a bit when you walk 3) Not in love w/ the fabric; it's that textured polyester kind of fabric which isn't soft & *I* think has an odd look up close. On the positive, I just machine washed it & hung to dry; it held it's shape beautifully and has no wrinkles! Nice dress for the price!

I will say though that the highest point in the front is pretty short...there is a very short underskirt (basically a mini skirt) but again, it's very short so when the wind blew I would get paranoid and have to hold the front down a little or else someone might have gotten a peep show.
