Daniel Eisenman has a raw and wild inner child and he wants to light yours up, too!

Why keep a lid on your growth and opportunities to thrive, especially if those limitations are self-imposed? Illuminate your subconscious shadows with this personal development retreat in book form.

Over the past decade of creating epic personal development retreats, Daniel Eisenman has traveled around the world experiencing beautiful, exotic settings and amazing people. His one big observation is that so many people keep the lid on their growth and passions. This is a self-imposed limitation ~ nobody tells us to do this!

Daniel blows the lid off and gives you a retreat experience in a book. What's inside Breaking Normal: ReWild Your Inner Child and Set the Truth Free?

    • You’ll get to feel what it means to be raw and vulnerable, excited and glowing with a sacred knowledge about your future.

    • You’ll learn to communicate with others in a way that cuts through the limitations we used to let entangle us.

    • You’ll have tools and insight for building your own tribe, be it your family or community or the world at large.

    • You’ll bridge the gap between heart and head to pursue real relationships (REAL-ationships) and your life’s passions.

Daniel Eisenman graduated Pre-Med from Emory University with a BS (Key Acronym) in Biology and even took the MCAT in 2007. Before applying to medical school to stay on the path of "NORMAL" as people advised him, he decided to "take a year off." That year off has now turned into a decade of BREAKING NORMAL while getting paid to the do the things he would pay to do, including visiting all 50 states and around 20 countries.

Daniel travels the world as a keynote speaker and facilitator of radical retreats and workshops (though he likes to call them playshops, as what's more pure than play?) based on the principles of raw honesty and emotional freedom. Daniel shows you a process of self-acceptance through self-expression by guiding you to lose your mind in order to connect to your heart while truly living inside-out.

He lives in San Diego, California with his wife, Diana, their beautiful daughter, Divina, and their amazing dog, Oriah.

I have learned to honor how I feel, good and bad. I challenge you to Break Normal from a life of mediocrity & complacency.
My name is Dylan Maxwell Blau & Over 1 year ago I started a journey letting go of my self limiting beliefs thanks to Daniel Eisenman. I did a ONEALLIN with Daniel Eisenman and Oriah & the impact on my life has been exponential. I was lucky enough to read a rough draft of the book and see the living embodiment of what a "Breaking Normal" lifestyle is all about. Meeting Daniel Eisenman was a beyond EPIC synchronization of how beautiful life can be when you let go of self limiting beliefs!I am so excited to rewild my inner child & read this book with a fresh perspective! I highly recommend his book as a guide to life, similar to holy scripture. The steps given as tangible and realistic to create a lifestyle of happiness & fulfillment. I have learned to honor how I feel, good and bad. I am blessed to experience all that life has to offer! I challenge you to Break Normal from a life of mediocrity & complacency. Go Live an EPIC LIFE.Thank you Daniel for helping me grow over 1 year ago during our ONEALLIN & for providing a book to help keep me focused on centered again when I feel lost.I look forward to attending an International Tribe Design Event soon to enhance my ability to experience life & love others.

I first heard of Daniel Eisenman from a video, which a Facebook connection had shared. I do not remember exactly what he spoke of in the video but I remember it intrigued me to look deeper.
This led me to an adventure of self-development, love, happiness and mysteries in my life that I wouldn’t have looked at the same way without the wisdom, which I have acquired from Daniel and also his wife Diana… and brother aaand friends (haha it is funny how I get to know 20+ other inspiring people through Daniel).
“Breaking Normal” is one of the most triggering, raw honest and lets-cut-the-all-bullshit-and-get-to-the-point books that I have ever read. You get to learn about Daniels life and about the retreats he has been hosting with Diana, his brothers and friends – it is truly a book full of wisdom if you are ready to receive.
I surely have to read it again, because I will definitely pick up something different now than I did when it just got published as an e-book.
What moves me and inspires me the most is the concept of “raw honesty”. This book gives multiple examples of how raw honesty unfolds and moves people. I have a beyond fantastic partner, family and friends - and raw honesty has taken all my relationship with them to the next level… to the level I didn’t even think existed.
“Breaking Normal” also inspires me to break the norms of what a normal conversation should like with strangers. My encounters with strangers and costumers have changed drastically (my partner and I own a Foodtruck and through our business we get to meet a lot of amazing people). I have opened my heart to strangers and I opened the hearts of strangers. To see people’s faces light up when you stop all the small talking and go straight to heart makes me feel pure love!
This is just a fragment of what this book can offer you, and I am sure it will offer me much more.

    Thank you Daniel!

This book needs to get more recognition and circulation. The ideas that Daniel Eisenmen presents are quite possibly the key to achieving internal peace and purpose by exhorting the power of radical authenticity, conscious communication, and genuine connection that we all yearn for. How many of us go through life and buy into the stories that society has layered on us, when our pure spirit's yearning is for a life that doesn't always fit the mold of what we have been taught. This book is for anyone that looks at life and wonders 'is this it?'. It is way to view a life with limitless possibility and how to recognize one's one ability once we break free of self limiting beliefs, and the stories that have held us back from achieving pure potential. An aspect of the book that I personally appreciated was Daniel's connection to God energy and his understanding of a God that is outside of the box, and a relationship with the real Yeshua that represents freedom and life and not judgement and rules. It is liberating and feels like a deeper truth that most only begin to scratch the surface. I also believe that he is doing divine work, by speaking his truth and encouraging all of us to step into our power and authenticity and light. The work that Daniel does in retreats, and the message of this book, is to spread light and be a catalyst for true life changes that would bring much inner joy, peace, and vitality to self and ultimately humanity. The one suggestion I would say is that I don't think the book cover represents the inner powerful message, so like they say, don't judge a book by its cover and I hope you enjoy the expansion of your thoughts!

This book is out of this world. I did not want to put it down but I forced myself to because I wanted to milk it as much as I could. I never wanted it to end. Daniel’s wisdom and insight is so mind-blowing and refreshing, yet so gentle and familiar... Reading it felt like finally coming home. It was the equivalent of taking a big, long sigh of relief. I feel lighter and freer from the knowledge I absorbed through Daniel’s words and experience. The book in itself is an experience. It is unlike any other book, but if I had to compare... The impact it has had on me personally is close to Paolo Coelho’s The Alchemist, as it has shifted my perspective entirely for the better in the most surprising way. I couldn’t stop highlighting this book as every sentence offered so much value. And as a result, I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you Daniel for such putting together such a masterpiece. You are an inspiration. And your work is so needed right now. ❤️

This book exceeded all of my expectations. I was moved to tears in so many ways, and I felt it spoke to me on a cellular level. I haven't yet connected with Daniel or his family and friends in person, or even much online...but I have the sense that this is a community and tribe I want to be a part of. This book encourages one to break free from the traps we set for ourselves, the labels we give to ourselves and allow others to give to us, and the limiting stories we tell ourselves so often that we start believing in their truth in a way that they actually become true. Breaking Normal is raw and deeply honest. It made me dig deep and search within myself. It reminded me that I should not change myself to "fit in" and to live my authentic self, as we all should. I thank Daniel so much for the gift of his words. I will read this again and again. This book is a life-changer.

I've been living in a head space of scarcity for so long that I'd nearly lost hope for a more abundant life. Then I discovered Breaking Normal and everything started to shift. I listened to the Audible version a couple of times then bought the ebook so I could highlight my favourite parts in the Kindle app. I've been amazed at how the exercises have already helped me i.e. being more present with self and others, awareness of the stories I tell myself, reconnecting with the spirit of my inner child, not hiding my unique perspective and gifts etc. My favourite has been embracing, even seeking out experiences that challenge my comfort level physically and emotionally. I love the reward of aliveness this one brings. Breaking Normal has reaffirmed several of my perspectives and beliefs that don't align with the "normal" common sense of 95% of people on the corner. I'm ready to own my light and align even closer to my authentic self and celebrate others to do the same. "I do me and you do You"!

I love hearing and reading peoples work where my inner reaction is ‘yes... my people’. This book is a full on permission slip and invite to step into your most authentic self. Hearing others bravery for reconnecting to their truest self is a joy, it’s truly confirmed I’m on the right path and help me see some simple blocks I was agreeing to in my life. I can’t recommend it enough if you want to stop compromising your own heart, I recommend buying the kindle with the audible, it’s nice to be read to and read along. I’ve already taken action on some changes and some improvement, creating new connection effortlessly in my work, had a couple of weird convos I’d avoided and that’s a rarity for a book to effect that kinda change. Thank you.
    See for yourself ✌️

At first I wasn't even sure what to expect, because the title didn't mean so much to me.

But after the first chapter I just wanted to keep reading. The reason was of course the content but also the style Daniel wrote the book. He shares the experiences of his seminars, he gives around the world (on the happiest places).

Overall the book goes deep into the social norms everyone wants to align with and how to break normal and embrace his own unique weirdness.
Everyone just tries to fit in but forgets to celebrate his Own peerless way of being, living and seeing the world. So the book will help you to be more like a child, who don't really care if everyone likes him or not. You will become more present, which will help you to let go and accept your feelings.

And the book teaches you how to be more "funcomfortable" and seeing life from a different perspective - a more positive and energetic one.

I also like how he sets different rules for the time the people attend his seminars. For example, that everyone should tell the truth and welcome every type of feeling. Or the interesting exercises like looking each other in the eye without talking for a few minutes. Or jumping into cold water right on the first day! :)

I would suggest this book to everyone who is into personal development and wants to free himself to life a live beyond his own illusionary limitations!!
