I agree with other buyers who disagreed with the way the clock is described. I bought the clock for someone recovering from a stroke. Having the day of the week, the time and the date in clear view is priceless for someone in recovery. And, it's also a great night light.
Was overjoyed to get this clock. It is actually much smaller than it appears in the product pictures. It is the size of an iPad. It’s has more features than the product description such as able to create custom alarms with images, videos or sound files uploaded via SD card. It was easy to adjust settings and set the time and date. It’s nice looking but not as quality in appearance as the pictures indicated. The kickstand that allows it to sit on the counter seems cheap and won’t last. The clock must stay plugged in with a supplied AC adapter and the cord is short. So, although it has a hanger hole, it would not reach an outlet. Handle with care so the kickstand doesn’t snap. The packaging was very cheap. This product is made in China. Unfortunately the clock feature does not work at all. The time of day does not advance and stays the time that was set. I have emailed the supplier and am waiting for resolution. I’ll probably return it and buy from a different company.
Purchased for a relative with the beginning of dementia. It is a nice product but a bit pricey for what it does which I expected and it was my choice to purchase. For this I gave it 4 stars. I wish it was a bit easier to change the setting but I was able to figure it out. It is a nice product to display the time and day of the week. Please note this is not an alarm clock, just a clock that allows you to set reminders but if the reminders are ignored (as my relative does) medications can go not taken. Very easy to read from across the room. I would still recommended.
Actually this clock does its job very nicely, but the only problem we had was that the date was so small, that we needed to get right up to the clock to see it. Some calendar clocks use small pixels to make the digits, and they eventually begin to die out. This one works totally differently, but unfortunately did not meet our needs due to the small digits for the calendar.
This clock is just perfect for my mom. It is nice quality. It's easy to set, no hassles. The screen is also very sharp and easy to read. Great gift for an elderly person in your life.
