It arrived on time and functions as advertised.The holes are a little big for the loose leaf tea that I buy, but it isn't really a problem as the amount that escapes isn't enough to ruin the tea. I use this with a tea pot, so the leaves just float to the bottom. I'm also able to fit two folded standard teabags inside. It might be a little redundant to use bags and the strainer, but the strainer is just so cute that I use it every time I make tea.
