I am very happy with this purchase as of now. The bags looks amazing and have key features for traveling: TSA locks built in, hard shell to protect against airport staff tossing around, 4 wheels, lots of space inside, tracking number in case bag gets lost. I have been able to fit a lot of clothes and other items into the bags so far and am very happy with the purchase. The TSA locks are well built and look good. The wheels work very well. One side of the luggage has the "u" zipper/pocket to secure items in that half of the luggage when opening. Handles are well built.
I have not taken these bags on a trip yet, but will be in the next week and will update at that time on how they stand up during the trip.

Terrible - DONT BUY CHEAP
Absolutely terrible. First off we ordered Champagne you can obviously see in the photos they are not Champagne. When they arrived several zippers on all of the luggages were defective or broken. We traveled From Utah to London, then to Ireland and the medium size luggage didn't even last the first half of the trip. We arrived in London and the medium size luggage already had cracked open on both sides. By then end of our trip returning to Utah from Ireland both the medium (cracked open on both sides) and large (cracked open on one side) size luggages had both ben cracked in multiple places. We haven't even owned these for a month as of yet, used in only 1 trip. I have sent them back for a full refund. Let's hope they honor it.
