    Great for carbon steel.
    4 Stars
    Great for carbon steel.
Wanted to test a fish spatula for carbon steel pans and this was an affordable option to do so when it wears, I won't feel too bad about replacing it.I recommend some light sanding on rough and sharp edges like where the wood is separated for the metal to go in between for handle comfort. I then recommend oiling the handle like a wood cheese board. I try to only clean the metal part that was used so the handle doesn't dry under soap.My handle came slightly split near the top so I had to grind it out.
