Air Fryer Hot Chicken Sandwich Ingredients: 1 box of our Air Fryer Seasoned Coating Mix for Chicken, 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, 1 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. hot wing sauce, divided, cooking spray, 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Dry chicken thighs, set up dredging stations: buttermilk, eggs, hot sauce in one, coating mix in another. Dredge chicken in buttermilk, then coating. Spray and air fry for 14-16 mins. Meanwhile, heat remaining hot sauce, brown sugar, pepper, garlic powder until blended. Coat cooked chicken with sauce. Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, chicken, pickles, bun.

Chicken Tenders for the Kids Ingredients: Louisiana Fish Fry's Crunchy Bake Chicken, 3 lbs of Chicken Tenders, 1 Egg Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 425° F. Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Moisten chicken thoroughly with beaten egg. Firmly press the chicken into the Coating Mix until completely coated. Place coated chicken onto the baking rack and place into the preheated oven. Bake until golden brown and the internal temperature is 165° F. Enjoy!
