In
The Vaccine-Friendly Plan, Paul Thomas, M.D., presents his proven approach to building immunity: a new protocol that limits a child's exposure to aluminum, mercury, and other neurotoxins while building overall good health. - a slower, evidence-based vaccine schedule that calls for only one aluminum-containing shot at a time
- important questions to ask about your child's first few weeks, first years, and beyond
- advice about how to talk to health care providers when you have concerns
- the risks associated with opting out of vaccinations
- a practical approach to common illnesses throughout the school years
- simple tips and tricks for healthy eating and toxin-free living at any age

The Vaccine-Friendly Plan presents a new standard for pediatric care, giving parents peace of mind in raising happy, healthy children.

I recently had the opportunity to read The Vaccine-Friendly Plan by Dr. Paul Thomas, and I must say, it's been a game-changer for me as a parent navigating the complex world of vaccinations. Dr. Paul's approach is refreshing, well-researched, and deeply compassionate, providing an alternative perspective on vaccination that is both informative and empowering.

First and foremost, what sets this book apart is its emphasis on personalized, informed decision-making when it comes to vaccines. Dr. Paul acknowledges that every child is unique, with different health needs and susceptibilities, and his approach reflects this understanding. Instead of adopting a one-size-fits-all mentality, he advocates for a customized vaccination plan that takes into account a child's individual health history, family medical history, and risk factors.

One of the most compelling aspects of The Vaccine-Friendly Plan is Dr. Paul's thorough exploration of vaccine ingredients and potential side effects. He delves into the science behind vaccines, offering clear explanations of how they work and what risks they may pose. By presenting this information in an accessible manner, he empowers parents to make informed decisions about their child's health, rather than simply relying on blanket recommendations.

Dr. Paul provides practical guidance on how to implement a vaccine-friendly approach in partnership with healthcare providers. He offers valuable tips on how to communicate effectively with doctors, advocate for your child's health needs, and navigate the sometimes challenging conversations surrounding vaccination.

What I appreciate most about this book is its balanced and evidence-based approach. Dr. Paul doesn't advocate for blanket vaccine refusal; rather, he encourages thoughtful consideration of each vaccine and its potential risks and benefits. He emphasizes the importance of maintaining an open dialogue with healthcare providers and making decisions based on the best available evidence.

The Vaccine-Friendly Plan is a must-read for any parent who wants to take a proactive and informed approach to their child's health. Dr. Paul's compassionate guidance, thorough research, and practical advice make this book an invaluable resource for navigating the complex world of vaccinations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to parents who are seeking a well-rounded perspective on this important topic.

Very informative about every single vaccine, neutrally listed the risk and benefits of them all, listed the ingredients of the vaccine, listed the potential side effects, and gave a very objective recommendation of each vaccine. Some people would say he is anti-vaccine but he literally strongly recommends some vaccines in this book. I don't see where the anti is lol.

Just buy this book now if you’re having a baby. Instead of spending hours on the internet and sorting through junk articles, this is a clear and concise answer to all of your questions. It is not an anti-vaccine book. In fact, he actually recommends your child to get some of them. He goes through every vaccine on the schedule and explains what it is, what it protects against, how likely your child is to contract that disease / illness, and ultimately gives his opinion on whether or not your child should get it. This is a very clear and unbiased viewpoint. It’s the most helpful book I’ve read throughout my pregnancy. If you’re looking for no nonsense information regarding vaccines, this book is for you.

This was very informative. My husband and I both work in healthcare but only with adults- we know nothing about pediatrics. This was a good foundation for me to read while expecting our first baby. The hard part now is finding a pediatrician that will see our baby if we decide to follow this delayed vaccination plan; they don’t exist in our area😬…

This book is life changing. I’m forever grateful that my pediatrician recommended that I read it. It’s so in alignment with what my gut has been telling me for years. I read this book when my baby was 1 year old but wish I would have read it before getting pregnant. Buy it, read it, follow the advice in it and it’ll change the life of your little one forever.

This is an incredible book! I WISH I had known of it and bought it prior to pregnancy. Otherwise I would have held out on vaccinating my child so much vaccines at once and followed the schedule listed in the book instead. I also would have eaten so much better during pregnancy had I known had bad some foods and medicines are for the unborn child and myself. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to read.

5.0 out of 5 stars UNBEDINGT lesen. Es geht um die Gesundheit Ihrer Kinder und Enkel.
Reviewed in Germany on July 24, 2023

„But perhaps most worrisome is a Danish study of more than 64,000 mothers and children published in April 2014 in the journal JAMA Pediatrics, which found that use of acetaminophen (but not ibuprofen) during pregnancy was associated with significantly higher risks of attention deficit disorders in their offspring. The more acetaminophen mothers took during pregnancy, the more likely it was that their children would have severe attention deficit disorders and hyperactivity.“

Quelle: BULLETIN ZUR ARZNEIMITTELSICHERHEIT
Informationen aus BfArM und PEI, Ausgabe 1 | März 2020
Zitat:

What a beautiful book it is, and it's packed with information. This book is not simply for children or parents; rather, I believe it is important for anyone who wants to be aware of what they are putting into their body. Taking into consideration that the author is both a father and a medical professional with many years of experience, which makes this book is incredibly beneficial.
