Keto and Co cheesy broccoli in bowl

Available in Two Delicious Flavors

Riced Cauliflower: Mild, slightly sweet in flavor, riced cauliflower has a delicate texture similar to couscous and pairs wonderfully with your favorite sauces and seasonings. Try it as a base for stir fry, with a spicy chicken curry, or enjoy it simply with olive oil and herbs.

Riced Broccoli: Riced broccoli has a dark green color and full flavor. It is more tender than traditional rice and pairs wonderfully with your favorite sauces and seasonings. Try it with cheddar and bacon, in a creamy chicken casserole, or enjoy it simply with olive oil and herbs.

Use either as a substitute for rice, pasta, risotto, couscous, or potatoes.

Keto Friendly Ingredient: While both riced veggie options are lower in net carbs than standard rice, they are a raw ingredient. To get to keto-friendly ratios you must pair them with other foods - sauces, butter, oil, etc.

Each bag makes just over 1lb, which is 5 Servings

Good but not great. May buy once in A while

Good but not great. May buy once in A while
Had texture of wheat bulger rather than rice or riced cauliflower. Had some flavor but I'm guessing the dehydration process and recooking may take away from orig flavor. I used chicken broth instead of water. You don't get a lot. It was good but not great. I probably will only buy once in a while. Worth trying out. It would be great for tabouli.

The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I had never heard of this type of "rice", so was very pleased at the ease of preparation and in the excellent taste of the product. By the way, I have noted that more of the local stores in my area are now stocking variants of this product. Hooray! Many thanks.

Pretty easy to cook and it had a decent consistency, much like couscous. I like that it is a good source of fiber. The only thing I didn't like and why I won't repurchase is that it tasted too sweet. I tried to add salt and other flavoring to make it more savory, but it had a sweet taste to it and for that reason I am out.

I bought this to make cauliflower pizza crust, after making it from scratch on numerous occasions and being frustrated with the immense labor and cleanup involved. This produced (when adding just enough water to moisturize all of the rice to a mealy consistently) the crispiest crust of all, and a close second best tasting to fresh cauliflower of alternatives I had tried.

In my journey I also bought a 3 lb bulk bag of dried cauliflower powder from a large scale dried foods distributor that happens to sell to individuals, but unfortunately that tasted like wet fish; literally, like you caught a fish on a line, pulled it out of the sea and licked it.

This stuff tastes like cauliflower.

This is also *super* pricy for what it is. You get what you pay for, but I wish they sold it in larger quantities at a discount.

I've been eating cauliflower rice, but I'm not a big cauliflower fan, so when I saw this product (Dry Riced Broccoli by Keto and Co), I ordered some.

And I really love it! I love the texture, the flavor, the convenience. It's so quick and easy to make, it's lightweight and easy to store with no refrigeration.

There are only two things I don't like about it. First, it would have been nice if it had come in a resealable container. And second, the price. $8.99 for 5 16-gram servings. Come on! And do they at least reward regular customers by offering a bag twice as big at a lower price per serving - say 10 servings for $14? Nope.

I'm still going to buy this periodically, but I would have bought regularly if it were just a little cheaper or if you got more per bag. But although I don't like caulflower as much, I can buy 585 grams of another brand's dried riced cauliflower for $20, but this 80 gram bag of riced broccoli is $9. I'm not always a value shopper, but the value comparison between the two is eyebrow raising.

I can only be but so mad. It was my fault I didn't realize these bags YIELD 1lb cooked....after you add a pound (pint) of water. I was expecting a 1lb bag of rice. Flavor was good and the sealed foil bags are convenient. But it seems expensive by weight of the actual rice.

This product is OK. If you have been on a low-carb diet for a while, as I have been, anything that makes your cooking easier is appreciated. The dried cauliflower is brown, which may be off-putting for some people. It tastes like cauliflower though, so I don't mind. The best thing I have made with this is a low-carb version of "Spanish rice." Fry a couple of pieces of bacon, then saute some chopped onion and garlic in the bacon drippings. Add this dried cauliflower and saute for a couple of minutes. Then add some tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and dried chipotle or hot pepper to taste. Cook the whole thing, covered, for about 15 minutes or until the "rice" has absorbed the sauce. Crumble in the bacon and serve.

I have also made "risotto" with this cauliflower and it was OK but not fantastic. I think the key is to add strong flavors when cooking this. It might be good with chili but I haven't tried that yet.
