Due to depression and work stress, I developed Lupus resulting in half of my hair falling out. I was desperate and started looking into all kinds of "hair growth" and "hair loss prevention" hair care products, and I'm just going to say right now that despite the price, I'm STILL using this, 3 years later.

The amount of product you get isn't that great - only lasts me around a month with each bottle, or if I can stretch it out by alternating days with another shampoo, i can maybe get 1.5 or 2 months use. Before it had a pump that was pretty terrible and would leave so much product at the bottom - during that time I swapped the pump with a squeeze top, and was able to get more uses out of it. Recently, however, looks like they changed the pump and I can no longer change the top. I'm hoping this is a better pump though, as it seems to be much better at pulling the product up so far (haven't reached to the very bottom of this bottle yet for me to be able to tell).

All that aside, I don't know if it's just placebo or not, but i truly feel like this shampoo helped my hair to stay on my head. Even after my lupus regressed and my hair grew back out, i'm still using this, as I somehow feel like whenever i tried to go to a cheaper shampoo, my hair seems to fall out more. Do note that i'm still taking hair growth vitamins along with this shampoo so it's probably not JUST because of this, but I do think this helps with maintaining the health of my hair, and managing my hair loss issues.

I am asian with VERY ultra thin hair - both the hair itself, as well as the amount of hair on my head. My hair fallout rate is also crazy (my bathroom and room floor is constantly covered in hair *sigh*). I feel pretty strongly that this shampoo is helping out with the fall out.
