What to expect when one bottle is broken
Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze is flat out excellent and my wife and I started ordering it on Amazon when we could no longer find it at our favorite grocers. There was a slight problem with the last order, though. The box containing the three-pack was delivered intact with no evidence of damage, but upon opening the package I discovered that one of the bottles of B&G was broken into a gooey mess inside its bubble wrap. I requested a replacement bottle, but since it comes in a three-pack and single replacements are apparently not possible, Amazon insisted that I receive a credit for my entire purchase and refunded the whole amount I paid. Bottom line: I got two bottles free. So this is not a complaint. Quite to the contrary, it's a recommendation for the KT B&G and advice that you should open your box as soon as its received.
