YOUR BEST YEAR 2018 is the perfect road map to help you navigate and strategize your goals for the year.  So far it has help me rethink my work flow as well as help me break down my goals into manageable, realistic tasks. Something I have always struggled with. I particularly love the self-assessments it encourages you to do. Let’s be real sometimes you don’t want to face your fears or the truth. Obviously, the book is not going to give you magical results if you don’t put in the work, but it’s definitely a great guide to keep you accountable and on track.  Although this is the Business Edition, I plan on modifying some stuff to fit my personal goals.If you need a little help getting started I strongly recommend this book, just don’t forget to do the work. ;)

I think of this more as a “desk planner” than an actual day planner, and recommend using something else as your day to day planner. (I’m an astrology nerd, so I use one of those for daily tasks/lists). I check in quarterly with my vision, monthly with my goals, and weekly with my progress. I hope she never stops making these, because this is my life coach :)

I like the workbook part, I also bought this in 2015. The reason I came back to it is because I like the in-depth and thought-provoking questions to help you pin down your goals. However, as an actual planner, the printing is not great, the layouts are ugly, it doesn't lay flat, and it's big and unwieldy. Even though this doesn't happen, I feel like ink is going to come away on my hands from the photo-copied look of it. But for the price, it's still worth it to me for the workbook section and the inspirational messages. It's clear the creator cares about what she does. I just take the lessons and apply them into a much higher quality journal.

So this gave me some real insights. I agree the layout as a workbook isn't as pretty or as organized as it could (or should) be. But there are words of wisdom and ideas in here that I think will probably help me
