This shoe was great for a little over a year. Then the upper completely separated from the sole. Warranty only lasts one year. How convenient... This is not what I would expect for a quality (and expensive) golf shoe. I have multiple pairs of golf shoes 5-6 years old and still functioning like new. This will be my last Ecco shoe purchase...

Holy crap, if you can afford them, then do not hesitate to get these golf shoes. These are the best things i have ever put on my feet. If you are not a walking golfer then move on because you can wear whatever crap shoe you want and sit on your butt in a golf cart. These are for walking golfers. They stick like glue to the turf during the swing and they are light as a feather. I was a big Adidas power band guy and that is all I would wear for years, because my swing speed is pretty high, and i would always blow out the front outside seam on my lead foot between the base of the shoe and the leather upper. The Adidas power band stopped that and i was happy for it, but they are much heavier. Also the Adidas power band fabric would eventually wear off along the back heel portion of the shoe to the point they would give me a blister after 18 holes, but enough about the Adidas. These ECCO's seam to fix everything. The leather back on the heel, slides on like butter and does not move during the round. The only thing i had to get used to was the inner liner has these little grips on it that keep your sock from sliding after you work up a good sweat. I can feel them slightly and sometimes i would think there is something in my shoe, but that is a tiny price to pay for the quality and no blisters. I love this shoe. The sole fits like a glove and feels like it is part of your foot. I can only hope the longevity is there because this is way too much to pay for just one year of use.

This is my third pair of Ecco Biom shoes. I have been wearing soft spike Bioms for 5 years and those were the best wearing shoes right out of the box. The soles on my 1st pair started to separate after over 5 years of wear so I purchased these to replace them. I like the style of the new shoes better and they are just as comfortable after first wearing on the course. Great walking shoe if you like to walk when playing. If these hold up as well as first pair I will be very happy. Well worth the money! Still have my second pair which are soft spike which are not replaceable. Great shoes but they don’t offer same grip as the replaceable soft spike.

Ain’t no golf shoe like an ECCO golf shoe. This is my 5th pair. I strayed earlier in the season and bought a pair of Adidas (360 Boost). Comfort-wise, not even close. For me, the tow box was too wide and I found my feet sliding around—even though the size was right. Going back to ECCO made me realize why I fell in love with them in the first place. If you walk the course, ECCO is your shoe. Tip: always use ECCO’s size suggestions. I’m a 9.5 and wear a 42 in ECCO. That translates to an 8 / 8.5 for their sizing. Whatever. That’s the only weird thing about the brand.

I have worn Ecco shoes for 10 year and currently own 7 pair: three golf, one casual and three dress. The last purchase was disappointing. I walk when I play, and I have worn a pair of the original Ecco BIOM for two years. They are best golf shoes I have ever owned. The Ecco BIOM G2 golf shoe does not compare to the original in fit or comfort. It is a lighter shoe that does not have the same support. The upper heel of the shoe is lower than the original, and it pressed the outside of the heel of my foot. It is the first Ecco shoe of any kind that did not fit properly. If you are an owner of the original Ecco Biom and are considering BIOM G2 do not expect the same shoe. I returned them. Amazons return process is excellent. No problems with Amazon.
