I have been watching my weight since my teens by limiting carbohydrate intake. It worked like a charm until I reached 44 years old, when my body downshifted in to a much slower gear. I have ordered this product for years. A bottle came yesterday that ”looked” sealed but when u opened it there was a torn top seal and half of the capsules were gone. Instead of 120 there were less than 60. And the torn pieces of paper top seal were shoved inside. So disappointing. Now I have to wait another week for the new one I ordered.
