So far so good!
I wasn't much of a tea person. Saw a youtuber I follow mention this tea and decided to try it out as I am currently doing IF. At first, it was hard to get used to the taste, but after playing around with ingredients to mix into the tea, it got better. Benefits wise, I don't see much, but I definitely have not reacted to it in a negative way.I add a bit of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger shreds, honey, some Pink Himalayan salt and let the tea mixture sit until the hot water has reached room temp. I put it into the fridge and drink it the next day. I make a batch for 3-4 days and just warm it up every time I drink it. ^^

So as you can see, a pound of nettle is A LOT. I have so much that I've shared with friends.
I bought this as I had read it can help lighten menstruation. My flow was lighter and shorter this month. I also had minimal cramping. Was it this? Can't say for sure but nettle is packed with vitamins so it's a win either way.
Taste is like spinach. I drink it without sweetener of any kind.
